Warning about Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown Wyndham Garden Pittsburgh Airport…read more1 Industry Lane, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15275 place! Booked through priceline for Aug 2025, but they denied us a room saying 3rd-party bookings aren't guaranteed and Wyndham Wyndham Garden Wyndham Wyndham Rewards come first. Left, but still got charged. Priceline dragged their feet, saying they were waiting on the hotel till Jan 2026 , and by the time they responded, disputing the charge was a no-go Bank of America (they never helped) when we asked from hotel the proof of stay, and they gave a random room number. Manager didn't budge, even when they checked and saw the card wasn't ours. Still waiting on receipt and ID - nothing . Definitely think twice before booking . I have proof which I can show ...... so please stay away ......

One star for bottled water. Now, 'Truth in Yelping'. . . BELIEVE the review from 'Bob P.' & mine…read more . . Hard to imagine I know, but true nonetheless. After driving across the state for hours, we chose this hotel because it was advertised as a 'Wyndam' and it was also close to the airport. The day following our check in, we were scheduled to drive several hours to a family cemetery, and returning late (as it turned out, midnight), before we were to fly out the next day. We were under tight time restraints. Our FIRST room on check-in was at 10:30 PM. With shattered glass on the headboard panels and one look at the 'pool' outside our window. . . we wanted a room change. My husband went downstairs to the manager and both tried to call me in the room. . . The reason they couldn't reach me IN the room, was due to the phone (and clock) missing. . . We saw over 4+ rooms, each having issues of broken glass, warm refrigerators, lights not working, etc. It was now nearing midnight and we chose one of them just to flop. Unfortunate for us, we didn't examine the bathroom BEFORE doing so and now exhausted. They say a picture is worth 1000 words so here are 10 of them! If you think that this is unacceptable, they will offer you 'points' for a future stay! YAY! :) This IS the hotel from the WRONG SIDE OF ETERNITY.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress free. Tammy Judy was absolutely amazing. She helped us with all our accommodations, answered every question, and truly knew what she was doing. She made our stay so much easier, especially with such a large group. Anthony at the front desk was just as incredible, always kind, quick to help, and on top of anything we needed like towels and water And Pam in the kitchen/bar area was a bright spot every day, always ready to help with ice, drinks, and anything else, with the sweetest smile. This morning at checkout, Tammy recommended 7 Brew Coffee. I ended up walking there (passing Starbucks and Dunkin' along the way!) and it was totally worth it, such a nice little adventure before heading back. Now I'm relaxing in the lobby waiting for the shuttle to take me to the airport, I just can't say enough good things about this place. Professional, kind, accommodating, and genuinely a caring staff. Thank you for your kindness to the EMU women's lacrosse team. Highly recommend staying here, hands down one of the best experiences!

The breakfast buffet at 6:30 in the morning only had a few items left - probably because the lady who snapped at us didn't see the need to refill things. I won't stay here again.

This is without a doubt one of the worst hotels where I've ever stayed. I booked this place at the…read morelast minute due to the cheap price as well as its proximity to Pittsburgh. The actual room itself was okay - nothing special - just a standard room that you'd see at most hotel chains. But the building had absolutely horrible noise problems. As soon as I entered my room in the afternoon, I tried to take a nap after my long road trip from New York. Immediately the person in the room next to me began blasting music extremely loud. I went to the front desk to complain, and then although the music stopped, the person then began randomly pounding the walls. During my entire stay for four days, the neighbors on both sides would pound the walls and stomp on the floor at all hours of the day. It didn't matter if it was 3 AM or 3 PM, the neighbors would randomly start hitting the walls or moving large objects around the floor. One of the people next to me kept dragging heavy objects across the floor late at night. I never got a full night's sleep the entire time I was there. Aside from the noise, for some reason there was barely any room to park. The parking lot was always almost completely full and difficult to find a spot. Again, this made no difference if it was early in the morning or late at night. For some reason it seemed as if there were more occupied spaces than there were guests. The "gym" was a tiny room with a few pieces of equipment, and the water filter machine didn't work.
