From the second we were introduced, he made himself completely available to us, and our many inquires. He asked thoughtful questions to find out our "musts" and "must nots" and "dream/wish list" items during a vacation (in this case, our honeymoon) and gave us multiple unbelievable options - in multiple price ranges. In the end, he found us the most fantastic deal on a brand new all inclusive resort that not only hit every one of our "musts", it even included a bunch of our wish list & dream items we never thought an all inclusive could have! The icing on the cake? a steal of a price! He also coordinated items we never would have thought to ask about - all of our transfers, excursions, he's even helping connect us with the concierge at the hotel in advance to set up special "us" moments during the trip. He even made sure to book our flights in an upgradable fare class so we can be in first class for our flights! I figured (as it's been my experience with travel agents in the past) that after we booked, that's the last we'd hear from Nick. Wow, was I wrong. He checks in with recommendations, and to see if we have questions at least once a week. This level of service from Nick & Exquisite Travel Group is unreal, and frankly unheard of anymore today. If you could get the same or better pricing from Nick than from the big websites, and with amazing personal service and attention to detail, why not tell him what you need and let him handle your arrangements for you? We are a family of 5 with 2 working parents, so finding time to plan is difficult. Nick takes the work out of researching and presented us with the best deals. There were some hiccups during our Peru trip (not his fault at all) but Nick was able talk to the vendors in Peru and resolved it from the States. We wouldn't even know who to call if Nick didn't come to the rescue. He's very professional and returns phone calls/messages promptly.

I've used Giselle's for many trips. This will be my last. My usual travel agent, Jeff, jumped ship…read moreand it would appear for good reason. After he left, I didn't hear from Giselle's regarding my trip (Royal Caribbean Cruise) or to let me know who would be managing the reservation. I actually had to track down who my agent would be. Her name is Nasreen. Don't use her. When I called to make a final payment, Nasreen couldn't be bothered to take my call. I left my payment information and all I received was an emailed receipt. I still haven't heard from her regarding my upcoming trip. Customer service isn't even number 3 with her. The sad thing is, this is a group trip (8 people) and all of us have had nothing but blah service to date. I called my old agent (he's at Coastline Travel now) and Royal Caribbean to see what could be done in terms of transferring the reservation. The end result is that my old travel agent can manage the account and reservation, but any on-board amenities that I use to get, Giselle's won't honor. And I got this information not from Giselle's or their travel agent who was simply doing the paperwork for my trip. Neither could be bothered to tell me. All in all, it all comes down to customer service. It doesn't exists at Giselle's.
