Omg, I got a removal done here and have left and paid. While I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, I just checked my nails in the car and Jesus Christ. There are so many grooves on my natural nail where she removed my gel x extensions and where the natural nail plate is untouched. I understand time and efficiency especially in shops like these but god damn I can't imagine ever getting a full set here. There doesn't seem to be any care for the clients experience or their nail health. I'm literally sitting in my car right after this service and just seeing what the fck was done to my nails. Quick fix! Convenient to where I was, I stopped in for a desperately needed manicure with gel polish. The receptionist was there and ready to get me started. The attendant didn't share her name, just started. I know cultural differences and age but as a service provider, I always greet, share my name and confirm service. The attendant talked to her neighbor, in a language I didn't understand. She did nothing to build my already thin nail up and alarmed that I requested a 2nd layer of clear coat. I came in on December 3, 2025 to get my nails fixed after having them done elsewhere the day before. I was really unhappy with the original set and was desperate to get them corrected before an upcoming trip. At first, the nail tech seemed pleasant. However, once we sat down at her station next to her coworker, she began speaking in Vietnamese about how ugly and disgusting my nails were, laughing and making comments directly to her coworker. What she didn't realize was that I am Vietnamese and fully understood everything she was saying. I was honestly horrified and embarrassed. I ended up responding back in Vietnamese, telling her that yes, that's exactly why I was there, to have them fixed. Her coworker burst out laughing, and only then did the nail tech realize what she had done. She turned red, apologized, and quietly finished my nails in an awkward and tense silence. Mind you, I still gave her a tip I would give any other nail tech with exemplar professionalism and service. While the nails were eventually fixed, the experience itself was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. As a Vietnamese person, I felt especially embarrassed by the lack of professionalism and respect shown, especially in hearing it in my own language. I believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable and respected when receiving a service, and unfortunately this experience fell very short of that. If you suspect your nail tech here is talking poorly of you, there is a 90% chance that they are. read more

I'm not someone who ever leaves bad reviews. I make it a point to only review when I've had a particularly positive experience but I felt like I had to in this case. I went to this nail salon with my sister and we had appointments that were made one week in advance for 2pm. We came in and were told which pedicure seats to sit in and given color books to choose colors. We sat there for 40 minutes with no one looking at us or talking to us. They didn't even fill up the bowls for our feet to soak. We could have at least been soaking our feet?? After 40 minutes I asked what was going on and a young woman (I'm guessing she was the manager) said they were very busy and I said, "I understand but I made a reservation for 40 minutes ago and no one has updated us or told us at all what is going on." She was annoyed and just said "do you still want pedicures or not?" She was really rude when I asked her basic questions about how long it might take and why our reservation wasn't honored and why we were sat in a corner ignored without being updated. She was dismissive, disrespectful, and just plain rude. And then she just walked away from me. A very nice nail technician stepped in and filled up our tubs and made us both comfortable while we waited longer. The people who eventually did our nails were both great and very nice and it wasn't their fault how poorly this place was managed. read more

warning they use cheese graters here on the feet which is banned in the state of Nevada for many reasons. Anyway, Complete waste of money. If you want a really good pedicure avoid this place. I came in for a basic pedicure. No polish or gel. The tech up-sold me on the deluxe pedicure because they give 20% if you spend $58 or more on your first visit..... so weird. Anyway it was one of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten. It felt so rushed. I got there at 5:45, was taken back at 5:50 and we started the actual pedicure at 5:55. She finished my pedicure at 6:15. I spent $56.69 (after tip) for a 20 minute rushed pedicure :( I came home and had to cut MORE of my cuticles and clean under my own toenails. Lastly, she used some sort of mask or lotion that stained me orange! Lol this part isn't that serious but after showering last night I woke up and these are my legs!! Good thing I have nowhere to show my legs off anytime soon. Moral of the review--- don't go here. Insanely overpriced. read more

Awesome!! Came in here on a whim, my 7year old really wanted to get manicures and pedicures and wow did we luck out. We came in at about 3 o'clock on Monday and they were able to take us right away. They were so kind and friendly and I especially appreciated that they were wonderful with my daughter making her have a great first experience. It was relaxing and the place was clean and fresh. We got our manicures and pedicures done and my daughter even got little flowers on her nails. The quality of service has really gone down here. This used to be my go to nail salon approximately 2 years ago until I noticed a change in staff and quality of work. Decided to stop in and take a chance after work today since it was on the way home and it was a huge mistake. Johnny was supposed to do a gel manicure with French for me. When I sat down he was saying something about my nails (which were done elsewhere) and I said oh yeah they did them thick this time and he said I can make them thinner but they put hard gel bc your nails split on the sides (no they actually don't) I just agreed with him to be pleasant. Well wouldn't you know somehow that was taken to mean to him that I wanted a hard gel manicure vs a regular gel manicure. He tricked me into getting the hard gel. Not only that but for my French I said I wanted the white to cover where my natural detached nail is and he kept saying no I do thin on short nails and I said no I want it thicker. He said ok I'll do what the client wants. We'll take a look at my nasty nails that he did. They're so embarrassing. You can see my nail line and then the white tips. It looks like I've let my nails grow out for months without getting them touched up meanwhile this "gel" manicure just cost me $82. I called and complained and was offered a gift card to come back and have a free service. No thank you. read more

I could tell they were making fun of me while I was there. I brought my own color which was an old Sally Hansen yellow which I cannot find another color like that anywhere. She sneezed, took her mask off and wiped her nose with her bare hand and continued to file my nails with the same hand. This is why I had my gel x nails removed. I'd rather do my own then leave a nail salon with bad vibes. They charge for every little thing; cut down, callous removal, gel polish removal. Sort of feel they nickel and dime you here. I had a book on my lap which was falling off while my fingers were soaking. They did not try to help me move it during the pedicure. No pride or integrity. Bad social skills and horrible customer service. Quality of work was good but paid no attention to comfort or needs of client. read more

After calling to confirm availability for 2 walk-in manicures and were told we could be accommodated, my mom and I stopped in for the first time on a Thursday night. We were pleasantly surprised to see a sign out front that said new customers would get 20% off, off to a great start to kick off my birthday with manis. When we came in to pick our colors the woman helping my mom was insistent she get gel despite my mom saying she just wanted a regular polish because the gel messes up her nails. She was very pushy until my mom ultimately felt peer pressured into getting gel. I grabbed a bottle of powder and told the front desk attendant I would be getting dip. The woman helping my mom took her to a station so I followed them back. The technician kept getting upset with my mom for talking to me as if that was affecting her service. A couple technicians came by to ask if I was getting a manicure and when I showed them I wanted dip they walked away. I figured someone would be helping me soon or I would just use the same tech my mom did. While my mom was on her last round of curing, the nail tech took her apron off and said she was excited to be going home. We looked at her confused and asked if she was going to do my manicure. She said she doesn't do dip and hastily threw some lotion on my mom's hands. We asked to speak to a manager because the salon was closing in 30min and it was beginning to look like we weren't getting helped. When asked who was going to help me she was flustered and stepped away. I decided it wasn't worth it to me to wait for them to get it figured out and went out to checkout. We told the girl at the front desk we would just be doing my mom's manicure and explained that I would have been happy to change my mind if someone had told me from the start that no one in the building could do dip, but instead they just dropped the ball on providing customer service to manage those expectations. The receptionist apologized and gave me a 20% off coupon. That felt pretty halfhearted since all new customers get 20% off anyway. When my mom went to checkout her gel manicure was over $50 - with the 20% off discount. She did not have any spa treatments, massage or enhancements. The tech offered to put a snowflake and candy cane on her nails for the holidays but did not state they would cost extra so that likely helped bring up the price however that still doesn't justify the high cost for minimal services rendered. The cost is way too high for the level of services rendered and the customer service is lacking. I would never fault someone for being busy or short handed over busy holiday periods but I will fault you for actively avoiding problem scenarios ans hoping someone else will figure out your problems. I went to Tippy Toes down the street the next day and had much better service for a fraction of the price. read more

Great location as it's the same vicinity as Mariana's, new EOS gym, near target, sunset set station casino, galleria mall and so many businesses next to it. As I walked in, I met Jet, the receptionist that was very friendly and letting me take a peek at the new establishment. They are offering 20% as they just opened about several months ago. Immediately, I made my appointment for gel manicure and pedicure. I made my appointment for 5:30 last Thursday and I didn't have to wait very long. Upon entering the establishment they utilized every space. To the left, you will see a bar.
