And 2) was approached a couple times in the parking area for money and/or to buy liquor for someone who "misplaced his ID & couldn't buy his mother her favorite wine". I declined as graciously as possible. Approached for money a couple times as well. I do not blame the store's staff, only mentioned for a new patron to be careful in the parking area.

One of the store shop keeps really pushed selling me a Tiger Bee grinder and I should have know the…read moredeal was to good to be true when the sticker states 39.99 but he sold to me for 19.95. I was so excited for this automatic grinder. Well, after charging it for several hours, I put a pea size " tobacco" in the chamber, push the button and it sounds like it's a toy and it barely is doing anything and then you are to push a button to dispense at other end but nothing but a lil dust came out. So the next day, I go back to return because this was clearly oversold to me but the guy at the counter, drives black bmw, was such a jerk about it and said he wouldn't refund or even exchange (because I said I'd exchange for something else so no money lost in store) because it's used, which normally I could understand but the way it was sold as some great grinder, I felt was complete fraud! I believe they knew exactly the garbage they sold me, hence the 10 reduced rate. So my boyfriend tells him he does business here all the time and didn't feel we were being treated fairly and that we would leave a bad review to which he takes the grinder, puts it back in the box and puts it behind the counter and told us to get the F out of his store. So we had to threaten to call the cops because at this point he not only refused to refund or exchange item but he was going to keep the item only because he was mad at the comment that was made which was said out of frustration but as a business owner you should learn to better deal with dissatisfied customers. He finally gave it back after threats were made back and forth and we left that establishment and I for one will never go back there. There are too many smoke shops in and around this area to deal with a tyrant of a business owner like that. He could have and should have handled that in a professional matter. It was only $19.95, it's not going to make or break me, it was principle. I truly feel they intentionally sold me a subpar grinder.
