This place was also pretty cool because it also has a little kitchen available on the side that has a fridge, stove, and microwave which came in handy for storing the cake and drinks or microwaving any plates that got cold. They also have a beautiful private outdoor area for smoking or for letting the kids run around and be as loud as they want. The only things we really had left to worry about were décor, food and music. They also let you bring in whatever type of food you like, and they also handle all the trash. It was the easiest party I'd ever planned, I honestly cannot recommend this place enough.

The only issue we had was with the attendant assigned to stay at the facility during the time of our event. She wasn't an attendant whose presence went unnoticed. My family and guest definitely knew she was there for these reasons: 1. She sat right at the entrance of the facility; so you'd assume that she was part of the welcome committee, but her attitude immediately told you otherwise. 2. She hung out in the main part of the facility where the baby shower was taking place. 3. She made a plate of food and had lunch/dinner on us (Maybe she forgot she wasn't a guest). 4. We had a desert table, and she helped herself to cupcakes. She then planted herself right next to the desert table, thus solidifying herself in quite a number of our pictures. Armando, was an absolute pleasure to work with in reserving the facility. It's unfortunate that the attendant they used (Ronnie), provided a completely opposite experience.

The space is absolutely beautiful and a great blank canvas that doesn't need much decorating because it's got what some elders may call "good bones". The owners are really easy to work with and great at outlining all the details up front, so that you know what you are getting. And for the price, it's totally worth it! The space comes with tons of bells and whistles that you would normally pay extra for. That includes a sound system (for a DJ or you can use their Bluetooth and play your own music), light system, industrial fridge, microwave, a built-in selfie or Photo booth green wall, industrial trash cans, tables, and chairs galore. There's also free and plentiful parking located out back, which was a great built-in perk. There are so many things we loved about this space, including the barn door leading to a cute back patio. Great for creating indoor/outdoor space for guests. Ours used it to watch the trains going by, which was a big hit for the kids. The front of the venue is situated right near a loading dock/overhang area, which came decked out with lights and was perfect for our Piñata. There's also space adjacent the loading dock that worked perfectly for a jumper. We really enjoyed renting this space, and our guests absolutely loved it as well. It's the best space for any type of party or event, and worth every penny.
