Some of the things we appreciated were: *They're open until 8p. *Able to contact them through their website to schedule appointment for an estimate. (Replied back within the hour) *Provided updates on the technicians' arrival time by text message. Day of service, the technicians arrived on time and worked non-stop until everything was clean and protected. When finished, the technician explained what they worked on and also shared some maintenance tips for our solar panels. We are very satisfied with their services and reasonable price; considering how much work they did. Overall, Great experience!

The first contractor arrived with no tools or testers in hand (never a good sign) and before we got to the errant detector he began to tell me that he would have to remove and reinstall all five detectors and wiring at about $1,000 plus. I turned him around and sent him away. When Alejandro arrived he arrived with tools and testers in hand. He listened to my explanation of the problem and climbed the latter to begin testing. He determined that it was a faulty detector. He went to Lowes and bought a detector replaced it all within 60 minutes. He was courteous, respectful and professional.
