She is unable to return her own phone calls which caused her to lose me as her client. Upon me calling again, to give her the benefit of the doubt, I was promptly "disconnected" without proper etiquette by the "nail tech". Disappointed! I had heard great things of this shop but "fool me once shame on you"....and you won't get a chance to fool me twice!
