I debated for a while about leaving a review, thinking that every store has bad days sometimes, however, this makes not the 5th, but the 6th time I have had issues with not only in-store purchases but their "same day delivery". When you are paying prices that their company has their merchandise marked, you would think you would at least get what they like to claim as "top notch customer service". Wrong. On numerous occasions I have stopped in to the store to pick up compressed bales of hay that their online inventory clearly says they have only to find none on the shelf. When you can finally find someone to assist you, they act as if they are appalled that you even asked for help and reluctantly go check in the back. Sometimes they bring it out, other times its a no go. I could understand if I had checked hours earlier to make sure they had it in stock and then went, because of course, by then someone could have came and purchased it all; but we are talking within minutes. They also have a bad habit of leaving unlabeled compressed bales on their shelf, so that you can't tell what the actual product is, and when asked about it, they casually say "I'm sure it's fine to feed to your horse." Clearly these people have never owned horses, or either they just don't care about the customers animals well being as they claim to. No equestrian is going to feed their horses unlabled compressed hay and risk serious issues with them bases off of an "I'm sure its fine to feed to your horse." If you are in-fact certain of it, then tell me what exactly is this unlabled product other than compressed hay. On the delivery note, on numerous occasions, either myself or my husband have placed online orders for same day delivery only to have the product "lost" or undelivered at all. When contacted to try to track the order, no one knows anything other than your order was transferred to a different store due to their being no delivery driver available. So, what do you do then, you have to stop and re-purchase the same product that you have already paid for that is "lost" somewhere between here and there (where ever there actually is). At this point, two separate orders have been made and paid yet the only items you have are the ones that you yourself picked up. Why have delivery advertised if this is your level of "excellent delivery service?" The last delivery we made was canned cat food. Half of our order was delivered and literally reeked of cigarette smoke (nothing against anyone that smokes, but it would be nice of our product didn't smell like it), and the other half we were told "would be shipped". We received a notification the next day that our order had been delivered and contained a picture for confirmation. Get this, the picture was of their warehouse floor!! Still yet to receive that same second half of our order that is paid for and apparently sitting on some TS warehouse floor! Last but not least by far is their "phenomenal customer service." Obviously, as any displeased customer would do, contacting customer service is an absolute joke! You can hardly, if ever, get an actual person on the phone, don't even think about getting a call back, and still yet no answers about anything!! This company is an absolute joke as a whole. Save your money, time and aggravation and go somewhere else!! Hopefully this will save someone else the headache and lost funds!

With TSC, they greet you when you walk in the door and ask immediately if you need any help. The ladies at Circle T can't be bothered to look up from their phones, the kids behind or on top of the counters, or gossiping to "help" you. I'm not sure what happened to this place, but I remember it being better years ago. Giving two stars for selection of product and decently clean.

Absolute theft. No other word for it. Charged me over $500 ($60 for fuel) to "diagnose" a 1 year…read moreold 15K mower that is under warranty. $60 in fuel!! I guess they drove it home every night or drove it to the next county. The mower had fuel diluted oil when I brought it in. They notated what Kawasaki said to check, which included ethanol fuel, contamination, water in fuel, fuel pump and a few other things. They claim to have done that, and said there wasn't enough fuel in the oil to compensate for amount. Was this done with a oil analysis? Nope. Guess they did a smell and taste test and determined it that way. They said they "drained down" the oil so I was going to send it out myself for a actual analysis. Nope. Lied. Mower has brand new fresh oil in it. Ethanol? Nope. I buy pure gas from Valero. Said there was water in the fuel. Nope. Came home and tested the fuel in my tote tank on my trailer. No water, no contaminates. Plus I have a canister filter my fuel goes through before it goes into my mowers (see photo). Asked if they did a compression and leak down test....NOPE. FIRST thing any mechanic who knows anything does when there is fuel in the oil if it isn't the pump, injector or carb. So, in the end, they stole $500 of my hard earned money I made working in 100+ degree heat to do what? Plug it into a computer and burn about 20 gallons of fuel, which didn't happen and was just more theft. I can cut 15 acres of grass and not burn $60 in fuel. So what is actually wrong with it? Well, within 30 minutes of pulling into my driveway I found it had no compression on one cylinder. Almost certainly a bad valve seal. Took me MAYBE 20 minutes to diagnose. Never, EVER, buy a mower from this place, or take it here for service.
