First time experience here and I can't wait to come back! They were able to accommodate two 90 minute sessions for my boyfriend and I without an appointment on a weekend. We both chose 60min back/30 minute foot. My therapist Charlie did a phenomenal job with his pressure and flow. Being an LMT myself I like to see how other therapists work and Charlie has a great technique. If you prefer firm and consistent pressure I highly recommend him! The tables are separated by curtains and you do hear some shuffling of feet and other client movement, but it is very minimal and didn't take away from my session at all. You are able to remain clothed. I would suggest leggings or gym shorts since those remain on during the whole session and is more comfortable. The back/foot massage was excellent. Lots of muscle stripping and stretching. This was not a fluff and buff by any means. If you have not received bodywork in a long time, I suggest scheduling a session here! Charlie got me back to feeling like I had more fluid muscle movement and blood flow. He applied just enough pressure to get muscles that were adhered together moving separately again. I would compare his technique to sports style massage. Just deep enough that you aren't sore the next day, but you get the relief you need. Like I said before I cannot wait to go back! They used to be quite good value for the money. Over the last year, the quality of their service has steadily gone down. During the latest visit, I was interrupted twice by the mgmt entirely due to their fault in scheduling a later appointment. The therapist was giving the wrong massage modality because the mgmt did not tell her. The therapist was arguing with me instead of changing the style. She did not even paid any attention to sore points even after I asked her to focus there. For the first time ever, I walked out in the middle of a massage session. The massage part is ok and they do a good job. My problem is with the checkout part, first of all they charge you $1 if the bill is less than $60!! Who does that ? If you open a business you better deal with merchant service charges and don't try to get that from the customers !! They are also super pushy when it comes to tipping and each time you tip them 10 and even 15 percent they ask for more!!! My understanding is tipping is 100% optional although I always tip but I don't want to be pushed to tip you. They also have a sign (WHICH THEY HIDE AND DON'T POST IT ON THE WALL) and show it to you at the checkout which says a 20% tip is required !!! I've had incidents that they followed me in the parking lot to get more tip, super creepy !! What kind of scam is that ?!!! I had only made one-hour appointments until yesterday when I opted for 90 minutes and was thoroughly pleased and satisfied. The 90 minute session also included a foot scrub and hot stones. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for Sunday Mother's Day at 10o'clock for two male masseuses. Saturday morning at 10:30, I receive a phone call from sunshine reflexology, saying that my appointment is at 10 on Saturday instead of Sunday.I told him I booked in advance for a Sunday appointment. Now he said he cannot get me in at 10:00 but I could come in at 1:30. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk said, she could get one of us in at a time with a female masseuse which I requested for two male masseuses. Finally she took my mom back to the massage room. The first male masseuse started on my mom's massage, she informed that he seems like he doesn't know what he's doing. I ask my masseuse to switch with her guy. She was right. he was horrible. The entire service, he didn't know what he was doing. He barely massage, but more like a rub down and dried towel by entire body over and over again. I want to get up but didn't want to be rude. I have gotten massage there many times by Charlie which is the masseuse that I switch for my mom. After today, I will not be returning to this business. Charlie did apologize on behalf of his colleague but obviously he still needs more training. My massage is not worth $66 for a 90 minutes of rubdown. I left there very dissatisfied. read more

I opted for the 90 minute essential oil and hot stone message which focuses on feet and back, But believe me they work legs, arms, neck, scalp, toes, fingers and hands also! I didn't need to tell my therapist which part is hurting, forgive me I didn't catch my therapist name, but he knew. It started with feet soaking in warm water while laying on my back. I didn't know what to expect from a foot message because I've never had one, let me rephrase that; Until now I didn't know all those other foot messages/rubs were so inferior. Pretty much everything below the knee. I could use a lot of adjectives to describe all the different "pressures" and "application" processes, but this is already gonna be long winded, so if you have ticklish feet take a deep breath and don't kick anyone. Your feet will thank you. I'd been running and jogging 2 to 8 miles every other day and my knees hips shins calves and feet do not like me, until this foot message. I know I sound like a giddy school girl and my wife laughed because I looked so happy when I got home. The I feel like a new man, smile; let's run a few miles, roll for 20 minutes in bjj, and then break the bedpost kind of smile! This was only 30 minutes into the message! Now on to the back, rolling onto my stomach the next 60 minutes we're needed to workout the muscle knots and cramps in my upper back and shoulders. My therapist eased into it as he first inspected the muscle because I was tender to the touch. As therapist do, they progress with pressure and muscle groups and know enough anatomy I learned something in regards to how to ease a muscle group, kind of like painting a Renoir, it takes skill. And if you walk in with pain already you should expect a little discomfort to ease that pain. Deep breathing worked through every knot Thoroughly! I seriously feel so much better after that message! I've wasted time and much more money at other places. The cost for a 90 minute message was just $72.00, did I mention the hot stone portion of the message on my legs feet back and neck. I walked in this afternoon with no appointment. I had been going to a similar style place and wanted to try a new spot. When I entered the staff was super friendly and accommodating and they got me right in. The place was clean and Lili ended up giving me my massage. Pressure was great all around and it was definitely a relaxing massage for an hour. I would like to have heard the music a little louder. I need to be able to drown out the people around me snoring! This place proves the old adage of "you get what you pay for". $40.00 for a 1-hour deep tissue massage sounded like a great deal, however they don't tell you until you're in your curtained room that you have to remain clothed during the massage. Essentially guys and gals have to leave whatever pants or shorts you have on and you are permitted to remove your shirt. Needless to say, getting a massage while clothed (and then covered again by a towel) is about as relaxing as having someone try as hard as they can to push the seem of your waistband into your skin tissue.
