I have a 2024 Rockwood Mini Lite. While traveling from WA to AZ, I made a rookie mistake and forgot to properly secure a stool. The stool punched a hole in the outside skin of the refrigerator. Our 2019 Momentum 5th wheel RV was worked on by Sunshine RV in September 2025; they had to replace our water heater; we were charged just over $2400.00 for this. We moved to Yuma the 1st week in December 2025, full hook ups & did not have hot water, the water came out spitting & sputtering. We called & spoke with their service department, they told us it must be air in the lines, after a full weekend of opening the pressure valve & nothing was helping, we were told they would send someone from our area out to look at it. They had a person come out; he twisted some valves & stated it seems like the water radiator would need to be replaced & to reach out the Sunshine to have them take care of it since they worked on the water heater this should have been checked. After a couple of calls & conversations, we were told by Sunshine's GM/Cord, we were on our own since they didn't do anything with the water radiator. We called around & thank goodness we found Darryl/Yuma Mobile RV repair, he came out within 1 hour, as my husband watched he cleaned & cleared the waterlines & intake valves, which is part of the water heater. We now have hot water. How is this possible if Sunshine did the work, they were paid $2400.00 to do? Sunshine RV owes us $250.00. read more

Purchased a brand new Montana High Country in January 2024. The workmanship of this trailer is poor. so many problems with it. only used 3 times and after each use it has had to go back to the shop. owned trailer 182 days and been in the shop 100 days. Now waiting on 69 items to be fixed can only imagine how long this will take. We have been in touch with Keystone and Manager at Sunshine RV about a resolution for this piece of junk trailer. No response yet from Keystone at all. Always a run around. Don't buy a Keystone product. Warranty on cosmetic issues is only 90 days and we have only had it in our possession 82 days read more

I bought a 2022 Montana Keystone. I should've went with an older model because the newer models are made so cheap. It's ridiculous. I've had my RV in for warranty work a couple times already a few things were resolved but there's still several that need addressing, and they refuse to do them or they're not covered by the warranty and at one time when I had my RV down the first time, something happened in the back end of my trailer and they dented it. It was them because I have not even been anywhere in this RV, except from there to here driving it one hour. It's OK though but they still want their five star review which they will never get from me because that's all they care about in that service department. As they fix the light on my stove, it still stays on I would never buy a new RV again this was a huge huge mistake . read more

I brought my RV to put on consignment. It was just washed and everything worked. I was told it would sell with no problem. Here I am 3 months later picking up my RV because it hasn't sold. Not only that, but my windshield is cracked, my lever is broken and they didn't have my plate, which I gave them when it came in. DO NOT USE SUNSHINE RV for anything. I bought a 2022 Forest River Camper and the heater works every once in a while. The place I bought it from at Sunshine Auto Sales, Inc. Lake Havasu City Az. has no idea how to fix it. They kept it for 3 weeks and told my the furnace was fixed. They did not fix it. Just kept it for 3 weeks. I paid cash for it. They want me to bring it back for them to fix it again. I did not buy my camper to stay at the dealership. I need it because I am remodeling my home plus I am doing a lot of traveling. They will not let me use a loaner while they are suppose to be fixing my furnace again or this would not be a problem. My camper is falling apart. The drain pipes have not been glued so as I was going down the road the pipe came lose and gray water all ove the road. The trim on the sides are falling off. The wood workmenship is tarrable. The drawers do not shut right. The drawers at the table are uneven.They will not stay shut when going down the highway. The trim in the bathroom is falling off. I cannot use my oven cause the screws fell out because someone striped the holes. This is the reason I avoded buying a used one. So do not buy anything that River Forest sells. They are made cheap and they fall apart. Plus nothing comes with it for when you set up camp. They made me wait 3 weeks to have my camper ready for camping. I get about 35 or 40 miles out in no where to a campground. Go to hookup. And no hose to hookup for fresh water or a drain hose to drain my tanks. I called them up and asked where my hose was and drain hose was. They told me that does not come with it. So what did I wait 3 weeks for them to get my camper ready for me? Well I hope this stops River Forest from ripping off anyone else cause I really feel like I was ripped off. The dealership I bought it from keep saying they are going to send someone out to fix it. But they are just blowing smoke because no one ever comes to fix it or calls me to make an appointment to fix my camper. I have givenup calling them about this problem. I figure this will get their attention so they will fix this camper they sold me. They took my money and ran as far as I am concerned. read more

We bought a used DRV from Sunshine RV. The whole process was excellent. Chris, our sales person was knowledgeable about the trailers and was pressure free throughout. Rick, the service tech who did our walkthrough did a great job of explaining the new trailer. He spent well over an hour getting the new trailer hitched up to our new fifth wheel hitch that was a little stubborn and stiff since it was new. To start with I'm from Oregon and found a particular 5th wheel floor plan I wanted to purchase from an individual in Phoenix. I drove 1300 miles only to find the 2 year old unit in very bad shape. Frustrated and pissed I visited several RV dealerships in the greater Phoenix area and not much hope. I was headed back home with nothing in tow and spent the night in Havasu. I waited 2 months for an appointment to have my RV warranty repaired. Made the appointment in December, took in it Feb 3rd. They told me they were behind a couple weeks, I asked why they didn't call and tell me that. Anyway I was already there so I dropped it off. They assured me they call everyone, ever Friday with a status. It is now May, the parts they ordered were the wrong ones. I have maybe received 2 phone calls, I always have to call them. So now it's been 3 months and nothing has been completed. Time to call the manufacturer. read more

Poor service, poor professionalism, poor everything! This is the kind of place that gives "Used Car Salesmen" a bad name. I don't want to Rant for a long time, I do have better things to do. Sales Manager out right lied to us from the get go. Took in our motor home to sell on consignment. Sure we can sell it, people are always looking for that model, now is the time to sell it, it's the only one we'll have, rear pushers don't last long on the lot, we'll sell that in less the 45 days, I personally start these things every week, we'll take good care of it while it's here, we'll clean it till it sparkles like new, we have a really good cleaning crew, yes these are just some of the lies to come out of his mouth. After four months the Sales Manager calls to have me remove my motorhome. Guess what, doesn't start, they hadn't started it in over a month since the last time I stopped in to check on it. Electrical problems include a short in the dc bedroom lights, smoke alarm chirping, a broken cabinet door, dried out seals in the toilet, solar panels not operating, and parking brake not functioning. Everything worked when we dropped it off. Now his story goes like this, no one wanted that model, not one person looked at it, the batteries are dead, it's your coach, we didn't do anything, that will be $475 dollars please for cleaning and marketing, we don't want to store it. I told him we didn't want it stored we wanted it sold! I can have my techs look at it for $140 dollars an hour. It has solar panels, the batteries have been fulled charged for over three years! My response was I'll have a professional look at it. Don't know what they did but two hours later he called and said it was running. I flew across town to get it off their lot! We had the absolute pleasure of buying our new 5th wheel from Sunshine. We have done business with them in the past, but this is our first experience with the new owner Kyle. We wanted to downsize our unit and looked around at 5 other places. But we came back to Sunshine based on their no pressure sales and honesty. We ordered our new unit, then my husband had a minor surgery. They came out to the house to pick up our trade saving us time and energy and gave us a very fair trade in value. We already knew that Vince in Service was a wealth of knowledge. We have picked his brain many times. Our salesman Bruce is always fun to work with and Mike & Heather in Finance were so smooth and painless. We have purchased many autos in our life and HATE getting to the finance part. But working with Mike and Heather was no pressure at all. The quality of our new Mountaineer is awesome. The minor issue I had with the couch was immediately addressed and fixed. We are already planning our first outing. We highly recommend these folks over the other RV dealerships in our town and nearby towns. Totally no pressure but all pleasure. bought like new camper and generator doesn't work and full of BAD gas worst experience ever. drove 150 miles to see new forest river 20cb and they had a used one they were pushy on when I got there the new one was locked and when I got the tech to go over w me he said he couldn't get door open didn't get to see new one but used one was told was just traded in after they sold it recently and was like new..tech made a comment about not being able to lock people in with the handle he gave impression trailer was being used for an employee lounge(it was delivered dirty and not cleaned) they new 2 weeks I was coming to see trailer left a $1000 deposit over phone was told trailer would b prepped all they did was buy cheapest Walmart tv because of a line in old one no problem......I purchased trailer and then was told owner left me 3/4 tank of gas it was yellow they drained the tank with the nozzle and sent me. Put 20 gallons premium in on way home started generator to run a/c while cleaning and it its still over 100 at night here shut off after only 30 minutes wouldn't restart has code 36 engine died (bad carburetor) took line off and yellow liquid came out BAD GAS .Called next morning was told my problem my trailer but Kyle sent a mobile tech out but didn't like there price told them if it starts that's all we care about (it will start but only run for 30ish minutes)ragin I went and put a stop payment on there check. Then Mike Weber"manager" calls and said if I make check right they will write a we owe form and take care of trailer .I wrote out another check they towed trailer to lake havasu and wouldn't return it till checked cleared! they did nothing as for fixing the generator or cleaning the fuel station just towed it back and when it got back I pumped yellow gas out of station in front of there driver NOT CLEAN GAS LIKE I WAS TOLD. when I called Mike said he didn't want to talk to me HUH???/ that night started generator they said they replaced the fuel pump and it stopped after 35 minutes and wouldn't restart.....Kyle and Mike wont answer phone they push me off on salesman chris who pushes buttons till raging and threatening and sending nasty texts and emails PISSED OFFF!!!!!!they took $25,000 for a camper they let sit too long and the gas go bad and they wont man up and fix it BAD PEOPLE......as bad as this sounds every word is TRUE be careful....I BELIEVE the trailer had ethanol fuel in it and the ethanol separated and the tank and fuel system are rusty and contaminated NOT MY FAULT THERES read more

FYI I will never go here again. The salesman was rude and very vague on specific questions I had. We have a 21 foot Komfort Trailblazer and want to move up to a longer trailer. There happens to be a laundry two buildings down so while doing our laundry we decided to go and take a look. He kind of left us on our own after going through a couple used trailers. I got the impression he was kind of impatient with us. So we went inside to discuss more about price. That's when my wife's alarm went off. Time to get clothes out of the dryer. He simply walks in to the Bosses office and says " oh we have some Laundry people again " Then the boss comes out and says can I help you with anything. Like I was going to go through my whole explaining what we want again. We just wanted to know the price on one we liked. We left info on our trailer and phone number and left to get laundry. Never got a call back. Just outside my wife looked up the price online. The salesman it seems was pissed he couldn't get us in his High Pressure sales office. You know the kind... last year we almost traded in our camper but ran into similar situation no info on our trade in till they got us in the office. We went to Yuma and traded our camper for our current model. Well we are back in Yuma AZ upgrading to a 25 footer like we were looking at. So if you do look there set an alarm and say you must get your laundry. At least it give you a way out of there HIGH PRESSURE SALESMANSHIP read more

Worst customer service ever. Bought a New Evo 2700 travel trailer. When we went to pick it up they said it had a 1500 btu, they said they don't buy anything with less. They were wrong. They put it in though. Workmanship on the trailer is horrible. So many thing wrong they even had to paint the bumper as we were leaving. Their idea of fixing something is pour it with a hammer to make it fit. Took it back for warranty work another joke. From salesman to service was a nightmare. read more

Some friends of mine traded a 42' diesel pusher for a high end 5th wheel. They told me they got more for their coach than they ever expected, AND Sunshine helped them trade their toad for a dually to pull the 5th wheel. Again, they said they got a better trade than they thought they would. AND the Class A was sold within a week! So these people must be doing something right? read more
