According to that site we were supposed to get a dog that was seen by a vet and approved for sale and had all updated shots. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived home to see her shot records only included shots from when she was 1 months old! No rabies shots ever, which is illegal in FL! I reached out to the owner who also stated she had never given her heart worm medication either! I also sent her a picture of Bellas teeth which were in terrible shape. So basically they just bred her and made money off her and then sold her. The owner did agree to pay me for vaccinations and testing (thank goodness she was negative for heart worms). She did pay some after various excuses but missed (again) a promised payment. Please don't buy a puppy from Tiny Puppies World.

Very rude vet. Should not stick their finger in your face for asking a question about food since I…read morehave different age groups of cats. Also asking if I knew if one of my cats was fixed cuz he plays rough with the younger one. Fixing and vet workup is first thing I do before they come home. They should know that cuz they are the ones that have done my cats before. I got him a friend cuz the elders won't play with him, so yes they both have battle scars they have claws and teeth. Walking into the room saying oh it's actually a calico and not a torti. You know when someone has three 18 year old cats right now I think I know my kitties. The tech is just giggling in the corner like it was a joke when the vet was being rude. All they did was just try to sell me expensive items I did not need. I just needed something for her rash. I told them I was in process of changing litter cuz of her allergy to the dust of the other. I hope they get someone to teach these people some customer service and not just sales pitching.

I usually go to Port Orange location but this is closer so I decided to take my Chi for nails. The…read morewebsite states at all Petco to walk in for nail trims which was never an issue until this location. They at first told me I needed to make an appointment but I pointed out the website instructs us differently and won't allow it. They were not happy but took us in. The first appointment was done and a month later I was going to take him back and tried to call to make an appointment but was told to just bring him in. Again little upset when I answered no to appointment. lol. They brought him in and trimmed him. Got him home and noticed that half his nails were skipped. Actually one dewclaw was not done the last two times because I had to take him to the vet as it was close to the pad. This specific location needs some customer service training and to ensure they are cutting all the nails! My dog sits perfectly still while getting them done so it's not a problematic issue with the dog but with the staff.

I will never return and if you want your pets safe stay away. I would be highly shocked if either of those girls actually went to school for grooming. Just because someone you're related to is a doctor it doesn't make you one same goes for grooming and everything else!
