We own a commercial building in Chewelah Washington, and we knew our roof was not in great condition. On the advice of our property manager, we got a bid from Sunvek to put a 1 inch layer of foam on the roof followed by an overlay of silicon. The foam added R7 insulation value, while the white silicon reflects the sunlight back, keeping our building cooler in summer. John Skoog and his crew spent a full day cleaning the roof and addressing problem areas like ridges on the old torch down. The next day, the foam and silicon went on. The new roof is seamless and tight. No mess was left. Very professional. As an additional note, in the past I've dealt with contractors who were dismissive or condescending to me as I am female.
