I would give this man zero stars if I could. He was paid a retainer fee and hired in June 2020 to consult with a private pathologist for a second opinion on my fiancé's case. THREE YEARS LATER and the job was never completed! Mr. Sunwabe failed to effectively communicate with my fiancé, failed to effectively communicate with the pathologist we hired and failed to provide information as requested. I took over the handling of my fiancé's affairs from his sister and Mr. Sunwabe refused to speak with me after one conversation in which I questioned why things had yet to be done and questioned the manner in which he did them (or didn't). Pertinent information to the case which was easily retrievable from the Erie County Courthouse was never accessed, yet I was able to retrieve it myself in a matter of a day. It took Mr Sunwabe weeks to mail a report to my fiancé because he sent it to the wrong mailing address once and then failed to put his inmate number on it the second time, after being given the correct information on several occasions. His level of communication is poor at best and his professionalism leaves much to be desired.
