I haven't been here yet physically, but neither time that I ordered from Supa Coffee on Grubhub disappointed. Both the hot lavender latte and the iced rose milk latte were soothing and aromatic, and the way they layer the drinks is inarguably just satisfying to look at. Still in love with this spot and its drinks, but I feel like the employees aren't necessarily well-trained/friendly when it comes to asking about Kosher modifications or menu offerings. I saw on Yelp (didn't know before) that several customers mentioned kosher syrups and coffee beans just a month ago, which is why I brought my boyfriend's family here. When we asked about the kosher items, the cashier just said that they weren't a kosher cafe and didn't specify further, but their drink flyers IN STORE advertised that specific drinks (such as the Lebron) were Kosher. Was a bit disappointed in this, and I hope that they'll be able to specify more clearly (verbally and in writing) concerning their Kosher menu especially considering they're located in Jewish corridor. read more

PLS... Bigger boba straws. The pearls kept getting stuck in the straws and I ended up throwing two whole ass straws away to get to the drink LOL. Both my bf and I were strugglin :') For COVID safety purposes, some staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is provided. Modern, neon, hip hop-themed aesthetic, with tributes to the greats all throughout-- peep the menu. The staff here are so nice and upbeat. LEMONADE W/LYCHEE (w/boba): Lovely tart summer refresher, pop of purple for the aesthetics. Hardly taste the lychee flavor, even after mixing. But otherwise a great lemonade. DIRTY MATCHA (w/boba and sweetener): Not my favorite... VERY earthy matcha, not so much aromatic. Even after adding sweetener, it's not particularly sweet. My bf loved it, though. UBE BROWNIE: Best thing we got here. I've never seen anywhere with an ube brownie! You can actually taste the ube blended in each bite-- Soft, chewy goodness. Absolutely loved my coffee today! Asked if they can add rose milk to a latte and my request was happily obliged. Ended up with probably the best rose latte I've ever had. Just enough floral flavor to not overwhelm, and the coffee was still nice and strong. Not too sweet. A bit pricy, but I will definitely still be back to support this spot again in the future. Super cute place, not so tasty drinks. Maybe it was my mistake getting whole milk with my Run DMC matcha because it just tasted like whole milk and very diluted matcha. Didn't taste the blue tea. However this was better than the Lil Kim Rose Matcha which was insanely sweet once mixed. Might've been best to mix both drinks for the right ratio. Regardless of the drinks the shop is super cute and has a lot of fun hip hop and pop culture merch. I very much appreciated that. Small but cute place to get a gift or a birthday card as well. Server was very kind. Prices are in the $6-8 range for drinks, pretty standard for LA. Street parking nearby. Would give it another shot and maybe ask for drink recommendations first. read more

I love supporting a small business when they offer something great. SUPA COFFEE is GREAT! There are so many awesome drinks to choose from. They have something for everyone. Great Cold Brew, Espresso Drinks, Kombucha, Tea Drinks, Food and very Fresh Pastries etc..... The owners and staff are super sweet (or should I say SUPA sweet). They always remember my drink of choice and they are so nice to my dog. They have doggie treats! Also, the music isn't too loud. You can relax and carry on a conversation. I went to Supa Coffee thinking I had found a unique coffee shop with their well-known hibiscus tea poured on top of their cold brew. However, it's a bummer for me to admit that I did leave a bit disappointed. I ordered the "Supafly Iced Latte" with less sugar and less ice. Even though this drink definitely looks cool and unique, it didn't taste that way. The coffee was very bitter and the flavor wasn't there. I was searching for the hibiscus tea and couldn't find it. To me, it just tasted like a cold brew you can get in any shop with a splash of milk. Even though I tried adding more milk when I arrived home, this drink was too bitter which led me to toss it. As for the shop itself and the staff, both were great! The shop was very cute and I enjoyed looking around and admiring the decor/items. The staff was kind and remained engaged with the customer. I wish I could say the drink was worth going back for, but it wasn't for me. I'm giving this place 3 stars because of the cute aesthetic and friendly staff. Other than that, I wouldn't go to this shop to expect the coffee being "out of this world" unique. A side note: Parking was very difficult to find with the oncoming traffic and limited parking meters. I was really worried about how hazardous the location was. With the quality of coffee I received and the parking situation at this location, it just isn't worth another trip for me. read more

Supa Coffee is such a cute little spot. Once you walk in, you're immediately greeted by a bunch of cool merch. I stood there looking at all the things they had to offer while I waited for my coffee. I also loved that some of the drinks were named after musicians. I ordered the Dr.Dre (coffee, oat milk and I think it was lavender). I chose to add caramel oat milk with mine and it was perfect. Had an overall great experience with the staff. The guy that helped me, wish I asked fir his name, was helpful and suggested a few things when I didn't know what I wanted. I had some essential business to take care of and had to be out early one beautiful morning, so I took a walk to Supa Coffee between errands. I ordered the iced lavender latte. It was really refreshing for my walk back. I have a weird limited sense of smell (not COVID, it's always been like that), but I actually caught a whiff of the floral scent from the latte in the cool air while walking and initially wondered who had lavenders growing in their garden in the neighborhood! I placed an order through yelp to make things easy and walked over to find that entry to the store was limited to two people. I had no way of knowing if my order was ready because there were two people (a couple) hanging out and waiting inside for their orders. So I waited outside the door and basically kept peeking inside to see if it looked like my iced latte was being worked on. I couldn't tell at all. I hope they can figure out a good solution to this! Lesson of the day. I will be sure to never walk into a small-capacity establishment together with my husband during strict regulations. He usually likes to wait in the car anyway! read more

Espresso was just alright, speciality drink wasn't amazing. Unfortunately will not be back. Got a regular latte with oat milk and a Dr Dre Supafly coffee to try out one of their specialties. The espresso itself wasn't as strong as I'd liked. The latte tasted pretty watered down. The Supafly was a little too sweet for my taste. Couldn't really taste the hisbicus but again, too watered down. Shop is super super small - more like a grab & go placed filled with lots of fun, cute merchandise. There were like 2 small tables outside from what I remembered. PARKING: on a very busy street with metered parking so it's hard to get into a spot. It was about 7 bucks for each drink which is a bit crazy!! So the review is more 3.5 than 4 stars to me. The matcha drink was a bit too sweet and the coffee wasn't sweet and tasted slightly watery. Small coffee shop with great quality coffee and cool different drinks. More of a grab-and-go type place, there isn't room here to meet up with a friend nor is there space for you to chill and do some work. They have some merchandise on the back wall that's worth looking at while waiting for your drink. The staff honestly wasn't that friendly but their coffee is worth it to me. You can get butter, coconut oil, or CBD hemp to your drip coffee. I was intrigued by adding one of those but they told me it's only for hot drip coffee, they can't make it iced. They have a bunch of flavorings too for their fun Instagram-worthy latte drinks, donned with fun hip-hop inspired names. They also have chaga lattes (mushroom). I went with the Dr. Dre iced latte which has layers of iced cold brew, milk, and blue hibiscus tea. I got it with almond milk, they have other milk alternatives. Very cool looking drink. The layers really remained separate, I had to shake the coffee vigorously after several sips in order for it to blend together. At first, I was really only tasting milk but then when I blended it all together and tasted more of the cold brew, I enjoyed it more. My boyfriend got a simple iced cold brew w light caramel flavoring and it was awesome. I think in the future I'll sacrifice a cool-looking drink for a simple cold brew or drip coffee with one of their add-ons because the coffee itself is strong yet flavorful and I wanted more of that in my drink. I have passed this coffee shop at least a hundred times and only now am I finally trying it!!! Loved the ambiance. They had old-school hip-hop playing with vinyl, tapes, and other knick knacks displayed. There were some packaged coffee + Thai tea for sale, handmade bday cards, natural soaps, some merch, coffee mugs and what not! Very cute spot and I am looking forward to enjoying the food (light breakfast) here once the Rona dies down. I got the iced supafly latte w/ soy milk and added in rose (bc why not?!) lol. In addition to drinks and pastries, they also offer candles, stationery, pet food, and apparel. Service was passable. I ordered the iced matcha latte with oat milk, butterfly pea tea, and vanilla. It didn't have a significant matcha flavor, but was sweet and tasty. The black sesame milk uses a tahini paste, which refuses to mix with the milk, so you're left with a gritty drink that completely separates. We tossed this after a few sips. read more
