Now, I have experienced such a bad customer service that I will not go back again and I can not recommend this place anymore - wohlfühlen is something different! I gave my mom a gift certificate for a pedicure at Wohlfühler. I called to set up an appointment for her - when she came back from her pedicure, she told me that they send my mom away before finishing the pedicure because, as they told her, there were other customers waiting. They gave her another certificate for 8 Euros and told my mom to come back to finish the pedicure another time (to put on color). She was pretty disappointed, so I called to ask about it. A receptionist told me she would check into it and call back the next day. She never did. So I called again one week later and got my answer from a very rude person: She told me it was my fault, because when I had set up the appointment I did not specify that my mom also wanted her nails painted. I told her she was right, I had made an appointment for a pedicure, and that usually involves painting nails too. The lady on the phone said no, not at Wohlfühler, and that next time I should read their flyers and website better, so I would know what to say on the phone. All in all it was a very unpleasant phone call, not at all what you would expect from a well-being place. Not recommended at all.

I believe he has devalue was Ayurveda means to me unfortunately its a no from such type of places thinking people are not smalrt about what an authentic massage is an for what my needs where. I have had many types of massages and believe that the type of touches and locations and almost who know what they want to take out of people is. I spoke to the owner of the place and he seems to just act like a fool about it. Unsure how many times he thinks i will spend my time on explaining the same thing to him and his team.

Zusätzlich wurde behauptet, dass mein Gutschein nicht mehr gültig sei, obwohl ich zuvor per E-Mail explizit nachgefragt hatte und bestätigt wurde, dass der Gutschein noch eingelöst werden kann.
