There are live spiders and cobwebs galore and dead bug debris all over the windows and sills. 6. There were handprints on the window, as if somebody were having relations and didn't bother to clean up afterwards. 7. Multiple broken items in the room. 8. The plate over the keyhole was broken. 9. Checking out in the morning.The manager was not there so I could not address this with a manager. And now here it is, two days later, and the manager has not even bothered to contact me. Nobody will come to clean your room and you have to talk to cleaning person to request the cleaning. If your towel is wet and want a dry towel, you have to take tge wet towel or dirty towel to the front desk to request. Otherwise, you have to keep using the wet towels. The smell from last guest lingers in bedding and hires from human body found in the the shower.. both indicates that the room was not cleaned well after the guest before you left. The perfume smell left by last guest made me sneeze, itchy nose and eyes, running nose. I suggest to find a better hotel since you deserve better vacation experience. The hotel might not be owned by professionals and that's how it feels.

Our guest room was very clean, spacious, and included a microwave and refrigerator which we used. The cleaning staff refreshed our towels in between our two day stay. The front desk recommended places to dine and we chose the Pasta House which was very good and again the staff was so nice. Farmington really wins the prize for having such nice people. This hotel is advertised as being dog friendly (not dog friendly with limitations). Come to find out, the room we initially booked is on the second floor and dogs aren't allowed there. To add to it, the initial room we booked with a jacuzzi doesn't have a shower. 2. The hotel advertised a $25 per stay (not per pet) REFUNDABLE pet deposit. This hotel, on the other hand, charges $34.17 per night, non refundable? 3. The initial room we booked was about $110 a night and, after it not being "dog friendly", we were moved to a different room that had a rate of about $65 a night. We were told that we would get refunded for the difference. When my husband went to to talk to the manager, she said "we will waive the pet deposit and that will make up the difference. That's all we can do." Well, that didn't suffice with me. I went and talked to the woman and she said "no, we will refund the difference, but we are charging you for the pet fee for both nights". The owner, I assume, got involved and said "we will waive the pet fee for your first night, but we're charging you for the second" 4. This place is run down and the room and other common areas are just gross. I know that this is not a 5 star hotel, but holy cow.... There is a limit to what is "tolerable" for a pet friendly 2-star hotel and this place is not even close to meeting that mark. 5. At breakfast, the options all looked nasty. After everything else that I have encountered, I was not about to try the food and risk getting food poisoning. They left a bowl of shredded cheese on the counter next to the hot bar without any refrigeration or ice. It literally looked melty by 9am. Absolutely disgusting. If the cheap rates entice you, look the other way. This place is terrible.

It's not very good at all. For a location that requires a password, I was getting 1 bar connectivity, 2 at certain times. And this was around 9PM on a weekday. Oh well. Not that it probably means anything at this place. Maybe a misunderstanding. The main door lock to the room is supposed to lock when the door closes. It do not lock or even latch closed. You have to dead bolt lock it. When you leave the room it does not lock. Anyone can just touch the door and it will open. Bathroom door doesn't even have a lock on it. The towels and sheets are stained...very obvious stains. Website offers free WIFI internet but requires the hotel security code and ask for the security code at the desk and says its an added $5.00 more per night charge. Not complaining about this but just so others know. There is no refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, ice bucket or anything like that. Just a bed and a TV. Only beneficial part of the room is the bed is super soft and comfortable.
