I have been using this cleaning company for years to help me with my very cluttered, messy single mom apartment. The team is always so kind, helpful, accommodating and does such a thorough, beautiful job! I have not found cleaners that would make my place sparkle so well with such great attention to detail. They provided me calm and support in the chaos of a busy life. After I had to move across the country for a job, my elder mother had a fall, she had to be taken to the hospital by emergency services and was there for weeks. Being across the country and needing help I knew I could trust Shanna, Mariana and the team. But I didn't know that they would treat me like family, and give so much love and care to my moms place while she was away. I didn't know what they would find but I knew the apartment was in bad shape. I reached out to this company through Yelp for a project quote and specifically explained that I have fragrance sensitivities and needed to confirm accommodations before booking. Initially, communication was responsive. I was told what services were included and that the day I wanted was completely open. However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Had an appointment receive a text 10mins before from their office that the cleaner would like to move my appointment "to as late in day as possible" Few minutes later receive a text from cleaner that they can't fit me it today can we "reschedule to tomorrow.' notice I say text not call. So you're in effect cancelling the appointment and don't bother to even call, they text. When you call there office there isn't a human to speak to, you get an AI. Like why even make an appointment? Terrible customer service on the backend, better ways to cancel on clients for sure. The response is a fabrication, my review has not a single lie. I tried to have this service come for an apartment cleaning twice. The first time, the cleaners were nearly 2 hrs late and I had to reschedule as I had another appointment. The second time, they completely got the date on the rescheduled appointment so I basically took time off work for nothing again. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Super Clean 360. Setting up the appointment was easy. Communication with the office was clear and efficient. I received a written estimate that was very fair and took into account the size of my house and what areas to concentrate on. I looked forward to the day the crew would arrive. Of course, I cleaned up before they arrived, but my housecleaning skills are very superficial. If it's dusted, vacuumed, and the counters are clean, I'm proud of myself. Enter Kimberly and Aura. They quoted us a high price for an initial "deep clean." The Yelp reviews were great, so we tried it. The team of two spent five and a half hours in our home, and partway through asked for more money, as they said the time they were spending was more than what was covered by the initial estimate. When they left, we discovered a host of problems: they had taken out the trash and compost, but forgot to put new bags in the cans. They didn't clean the bathroom mirrors. They left toilet paper rolls in inexplicable places -- they had taken them off the handles for some reason and put them willy nilly in the bathrooms. They didn't clean the floors...at all...no mopping, no vacuuming. There is dust on *all* of the surfaces I've touched since they left. There was a dresser on which many fragile and sentimental things were placed, and we explicitly asked them not to touch it...and yet the objects are rearranged -- but not dusted! And our house smells like cigarette smoke! I am baffled by the good reviews. Choose literally anyone else. read more

Overall the process went very smoothly. Set up an appointment, received a quote very quickly, and the workers came when they said they would. I asked for a first time standard clean + window clean which ended up being $190 for a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom in a small apartment. I didn't follow them around the house during the process as I was working in my room but trusted that a supposedly 5 star service would do the job properly. After they left, an initial inspection made it seem that everything was spick and span. But a day later as I was wiping up the floor, it seemed that they didn't bother to wash the floor at all and a quick wipe with a towel picked up a lot of dust and grime (see photo attached) I reached out to the owner but have been ignored for about a month. Given how smooth the overall process is as well as the speed, I would've liked to given a higher review but the end result and lack of communication was upsetting. read more

This reassessment review is for what ended as a very good Yelp text message conversation with this company re my not getting a call back for a voice message I left requesting service. What originally disappointed me was that based on their very high rating and location in the same city of the property I sought cleaning for, I only called them, wanting to utilize a local company. I waited for a long time to hear back, but never did. Yelp reminds users to review companies they researched, so this company was in my reminder section for weeks. I finally reviewed them and gave 1 star due to non-response. During the same Yelp "session" I re-started my search for a house cleaner and separately a window washer, to help me get a rental on the market after having used Yelp for a floor refinished/installer, duct cleaner, tree trimmer, as well as seismic bracing research. In requesting a quote, I checked the box which enables Yelp to contact additional companies for additional quotes. Users don't control the selections/algorithm Yelp sends these requests to. When this company was included in that list I thought well that's not going to work. Right away they responded to Yelp's blind forwarding of my request by saying not a good fit based on my review. I told them I agreed and to return calls next time. What I give them credit for is quick response, that's important. After an understandably rocky start they dug down into their call logs. I didn't know if they knew how long (weeks) it had been since my original voice message, but they said there is no one they didn't respond to who was a legitimate caller, but I felt they were looking for a needle in a haystack so I provided the information they'd need to efficiently find my call. Although they didn't find it, I have documentation in more than one place re the message I left. I remember that morning, the voice system greeting and my call. Unfortunately, my message did not register in their system. No idea why, but that would be a concern to me, like an email which never reaches its recipient but doesn't bounce back to the sender either. This actually happened to me last week using Kelly-Moore's paint palette tool with hotmail, so I used gmail and it worked fine. Again, no idea why. I appreciate that rather than call me a liar by saying I never called, they theorized I may have misdialed. Presumption of innocence is a rarity in online communications. I appreciate it. For further proof beyond my own documentation, which include date, time, company, ph, outcome (spoke, left message, etc.), I would have to contact my carrier for an outgoing call and duration which I tried doing Friday but couldn't afford to wait on hold any longer after multiple phone and chat tries. Documentation in my work log shows two entries for the same call, one in a call log with their ph and one in a project scheduling area where I'd entered them as a placeholder since I hadn't planned on calling anyone else. The floor refinishing/installation was on the "critical path" and I was building out the schedule from there for duct cleaning, window washing and finally house cleaning to get the house to market. What matters to me is this mattered to them. I can wrestle in the mud as well as anyone. That wasn't my goal, so I did my part to refrain from that. If you doubt I can be candid, read some of my reviews. Like many Yelpers, I tend to only review the very good or very bad experiences, or touch-points in this case. The type of business I want to do business with, is one that cares deeply about their service and reputation. They have the tools, focus and motivation to drill down into detail as needed. In the final analysis, that is more reflective of who I think this business is, rather than my initial impression. They didn't tell me, they showed me through their interaction in what may have been a tense time for them. That in itself is another touch-point, and a valid basis for a reassessment of my review.
