I have been using this cleaning company for years to help me with my very cluttered, messy single mom apartment. The team is always so kind, helpful, accommodating and does such a thorough, beautiful job! I have not found cleaners that would make my place sparkle so well with such great attention to detail. After I had to move across the country for a job, my elder mother had a fall, she had to be taken to the hospital by emergency services and was there for weeks. But I didn't know that they would treat me like family, and give so much love and care to my moms place while she was away. I reached out to this company through Yelp for a project quote and specifically explained that I have fragrance sensitivities and needed to confirm accommodations before booking. Initially, communication was responsive. I was told what services were included and that the day I wanted was completely open. However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. I tried to have this service come for an apartment cleaning twice. The first time, the cleaners were nearly 2 hrs late and I had to reschedule as I had another appointment. The second time, they completely got the date on the rescheduled appointment so I basically took time off work for nothing again. Had an appointment receive a text 10mins before from their office that the cleaner would like to move my appointment "to as late in day as possible" Few minutes later receive a text from cleaner that they can't fit me it today can we "reschedule to tomorrow.' notice I say text not call. So you're in effect cancelling the appointment and don't bother to even call, they text. When you call there office there isn't a human to speak to, you get an AI. Like why even make an appointment? Terrible customer service on the backend, better ways to cancel on clients for sure. The response is a fabrication, my review has not a single lie. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Super Clean 360. Setting up the appointment was easy. Communication with the office was clear and efficient. I received a written estimate that was very fair and took into account the size of my house and what areas to concentrate on. I looked forward to the day the crew would arrive. Of course, I cleaned up before they arrived, but my housecleaning skills are very superficial. If it's dusted, vacuumed, and the counters are clean, I'm proud of myself. Enter Kimberly and Aura. They arrived on time and were very cheerful. Immediately they made some kind of magic cleaning concoction in a bucket and got to work. There is not a surface they did not clean and polish. They went under furniture, around paintings, every little item was cleaned. Baseboards, doors, trim - you name it, they cleaned it! Finally, Kimberly took on my stove. It was, in a word, disgusting. They quoted us a high price for an initial "deep clean." The Yelp reviews were great, so we tried it. The team of two spent five and a half hours in our home, and partway through asked for more money, as they said the time they were spending was more than what was covered by the initial estimate. When they left, we discovered a host of problems: they had taken out the trash and compost, but forgot to put new bags in the cans. They didn't clean the bathroom mirrors. They left toilet paper rolls in inexplicable places -- they had taken them off the handles for some reason and put them willy nilly in the bathrooms. They didn't clean the floors...at all...no mopping, no vacuuming. There is dust on *all* of the surfaces I've touched since they left. There was a dresser on which many fragile and sentimental things were placed, and we explicitly asked them not to touch it...and yet the objects are rearranged -- but not dusted! And our house smells like cigarette smoke! I am baffled by the good reviews. Choose literally anyone else. read more

Overall the process went very smoothly. Set up an appointment, received a quote very quickly, and the workers came when they said they would. I asked for a first time standard clean + window clean which ended up being $190 for a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom in a small apartment. I didn't follow them around the house during the process as I was working in my room but trusted that a supposedly 5 star service would do the job properly. After they left, an initial inspection made it seem that everything was spick and span. But a day later as I was wiping up the floor, it seemed that they didn't bother to wash the floor at all and a quick wipe with a towel picked up a lot of dust and grime (see photo attached) I reached out to the owner but have been ignored for about a month. Given how smooth the overall process is as well as the speed, I would've liked to given a higher review but the end result and lack of communication was upsetting. read more
