I needed exterior windows cleaned and sent a request for quotes out via Yelp's handy requester, and Super Clean was the fastest to respond, with the most straightforward quote. I reached out to the owner and he contacted me right away and we scheduled a date and time. Something came up at the last minute, but he was courteous to call and let me know ahead of time that he needed to reschedule. He reached out to me to reschedule, and I was able to get my windows clean within a week of my quote request, even with the interruption! I talked to the owner, who started this family owned business during the pandemic. He has experience doing this work but decided to venture out on his own, which is admirable, and I like supporting small business! He showed up early in his company truck and I went to get him when I saw him parked and waiting for me. He was pleasant and friendly and after we did a walk through, he went to work. I didn't realize he used deionized water until I saw his tank. Because he used the deionized water, he didn't need to wipe it dry! Nevertheless I saw him do a final inspection before he put the screens back on. The work done was great, and I can tell he took pride in his work. I inquired on getting regular cleanings done, so he said he will reach out to me to set it up. And guess what? He even provided me with an invoice! I am glad I found this company! I found them through an ad on a Facebook group. At that time, I didn't even know there is a company providing this type of service. I was struggling with how dirty the windows were on our second floor. It was impossible for us to clean the exterior. my husband bought those pressure gun, but 2 months later, he still didn't do it... so when I saw their Ad in a Facebook group, I was like, that is it! I contacted them on Facebook and provided the amount of our windows. They provide a quote and the whole process was very smooth. After them came, they dressed professional and behaved very professional. They clean it very well, and didn't make a mess. When they took the screens down, they were very careful. When they step on the roof to get to some hard to get windows, they are very careful. Love it! They also go extra mile. When they noticed some small paint on my window, they used a ladder to go up and clean it. I am very satisfied with their work. My house looks much better!!!!! We used Super Clean to power wash the exterior of our home as well as the surrounding concrete and pavement. In addition, we had them clean all of our windows and screens (interior and exterior) as well as all of our doors (sliding doors and front door with glass). They did an amazing job and was very thorough to make sure everything was as expected. Young and his staff also worked well to accommodate other workers doing stuff around our home (our turf installer had delays and was at our home the same time we had scheduled Super Clean). I am very pleased with the service I was provided and highly recommended Young Gomez and his crew. I had water spots and discoloration on the exterior brick of my house from the lawn irrigation system that my HOA requested I remove. After a number of other services came by and tried, nobody could remove the stains. Super Clean came by and tried every effort and method to remove the marks, but unfortunately to no success either. You may be wondering, what's so good about them then? What sets them apart is that not only did they not charge me since they could not remove the stains, but they also discovered that the discoloration was in part due to a previous owner using harsh chemicals on the brick that permanently etched the stone. Upon this finding, Super Clean provided to me a written letter with their findings, efforts, and professional assessment that I was able to give to my HOA and have the issue resolved. They went above and beyond the call of duty! They were professional, on time, and worked diligently to resolve the issue. I highly recommend them! read more
