But once inside, it's pretty awesome. Imagine if a Target opened up in a remote place and then went abandoned for decades. Then someone in the neighborhood decided to reopen it without doing any renovations. It's like that and it's awesome! It's one giant room filled with aisle after aisle of literally anything you'd need from a cup of ice to a rat trap to a bright yellow piggy bank. I witnessed a staff member, who generally makes the sandwiches, coming out of the restroom, blowing her nose with tissue, and digging in her nose while the whole-time walking towards the area in which she prepares the food. I brought this to the attention of another staff member, who was at the cash register, in a nice & discreet manner. I asked if she could please convey my concerns to the lady preparing the food and request that she wash her hands before proceeding with my order. Although by this time I could ONLY hear the lady's voice & no longer see her...but in an unprofessional & LOUD manner...she said she WAS NOT going to wash her hands! I then directed my request directly to her asking her for my comfort level if she could wash her hands. A total of 3 times I asked but she vehemently REFUSED and lastly stated that I did not have to eat there, and I could leave!! This Is Not Only Unacceptable, but completely Unsanitary! I've patronized this establishment for quite some time now, and cringe at the thought of how many times this may have occurred without my or any other customers knowledge. This should be reported to the health department for unsanitary reasons! The potential for foodborne illness due to such unsanitary practices is alarming. What ever happened to the customer being always right policy? I asked if she could wash her hands, being concerned about food cross-contamination. If I could rate this establishment with a zero, I would but the system will not allow me to. This flagrant attitude is unprofessional and clearly undeserving of the consumers' patronage and trust!!! This account does not come from a disgruntled customer but a hard-working & concerned citizen standing on principle. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. I will also report this incident to the Better Business Bureau and The Department of Health.

So if you want to just go in and get out real quick this is the place to go but if you're looking for any type of customer service at all I highly recommend if the woman is behind the counter to find a new place to do business because she is less than accommodating and unprofessional and doesn't mind raising her voice and being rude even when she's in the wrong. she looks down on black people in general even though she is from ethiopia. She has no idea that I have several degrees and work for the Federal aviation administration . She shouldn't have to know that in order to provide adequate customer service and not act biased towards her own people. I hate having to leave this review but she has been at the very least consistent in her inability to be cordial and not be running her mouth on the phone while dealing with customers.

The first time I went I got the burger, fries and soda for $4.99. Pretty tasty and a good value. I went again the next day and got a smoothie for $2.50 which was delicious and a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the chicken sandwich -- it was just microwaved chunks of frozen chicken and the meat ended up being really tough. Not worth $4.99 unless they quit using microwaved chicken and just grill a fresh chicken breast... If not for that, this place would be 4 stars. I'll probably call ahead and pick up food from here often when I'm golfing over at the old soldiers home, but the menu is a little hit or miss and next time I'll ask how they cook the dishes before I order them to avoid another microwaved meal.
