Furniture both bedroom and living room literally dragged, banged, scrapped, split the wood and gouged. They had plenty of moving blankets but I never witnessed any being used. Hence the damage while loading, the travelling and unloading. Dragged into apartment building stripping off the stained finish! Furniture well looked after and now damaged.
