The staff here is super friendly and pays attention to the details of what I ask for and they never disappoint! Jenny is my go to every time! This will be my last visit here due to unprofessional service. The older lady seemed upset when I declined additional services, which I felt was unnecessary. I was there for a pedicure, and if I wanted something else, I would have requested it. During the pedicure, she appeared upset and caused discomfort a few times. The work was subpar, and when I pointed it out, she showed no concern. Overall, it was a poor experience. Now I have to deal with pain for a couple of days because of the cut she made. read more

I noticed that this shop was newly renovated in the area and have heard many great things about it! The ladies are very welcoming & are skillful in their craft and attention to detail. They provide high-quality service to clients and are careful with their mani or pedi work. There is also a variety of different types of ocean salt scrubs, masks, massages and callus treatments for only $38. I came to get my nails done since it's where my sister always goes to. I got a mani pedi with gel x nails. The pedi was amazing service I'm super happy with that I'm coming here from now on for at least my pedi services. I chose medium gel x coffin nails and wanted to try black for once, wanted a little goth look on my nails. I chose to have 2 out of my 5 nails in matte black and the rest shiny and the shiny ones with some rhinestones. Jenny did an amazing job she even gave me the idea to add a shiny design to my 2 plain matte black nails so I went for a shiny v French tip and I LOVE IT! I am so happy with my nails . WORST SERVICE WITH JENNY If i could give 0 star, i would. The lady cut my cuticle so much till it bleeds and she put the alcohol on it i had to take my hand out cause it burns really bad. The nails & design turned out okay she wasn't gentle though and was gaslighting me the whole time saying I'm lucky cause she took her time on me. She also mentioned she does eyebrows and wanted to offer the service which i refuse because i like to keep my eyebrows natural. She told me straight to my face in front of everyone saying it looks really bad like ???? After i went to pay, she up charged me for the design i didn't ask for and she told me it would be free since i waited so long. Then she went ahead and up charge me ??? Again, gaslighting. Then She kept pushing me to post a good yelp review 5 stars and told me exactly what to say and comment while she sat there staring at my phone making sure i did exactly that. The lady did not understand what privacy is. I came home, deleted the review, and posted an honest one. I do not recommend coming here AT ALL. read more

My go to for nail care, for years! Great care, reasonable prices, and attentive customer service. I only get pedi but got nails polished this time, too. For some reason the polish here lasts longer than other places. The great thing about this place, there's a Ross & Burlington nearby so if there's a wait, go shopping. The wait time was pretty accurate, telling me to come back in 30mins, & called me to come back, too. read more

Haven't done my nails in SO long so I was nervous giving this place a chance since my nails are back to healthy. Not only are the staff here super welcoming, but Jaclyn was so careful with my nails! She was very transparent with me regarding designs and the prices for them. I felt comfortable knowing my nail tech was confident in her own skills and would tell me if it might be hard for her or not. Many places would just lie and continue working on it even though they know it won't turn out well :/ Props to her and her staff! Decided to try this place on a whim because they offered gel x and now it's one of my go to nail spot. I also love coming here for a pedicure - they have so many colors. I've been a customer of this salon for almost 20 years started with nick he used to be my person but he moved out of state, so I continue with Jenny she has been my pedicure gel x and eyebrows girl for many years. I love her and I don't know what I'm going to do when she retires. I do suggest you call to book her because she's always busy. I went there recently to give this place a try. The gal who did my pedicure was good at her skills but the reason why I'm only giving this place a 3 stars review is because they kept pushing me to choose the extras. Even after I express to them that I just want the basic one, which was $29. Almost the entire time I was there, they kept on asking me why I don't pick the one up option ($38 or $39) instead of what I chose ($29.) They took turns to ask me over and over - it was quite an uncomfortable experience. I wouldn't go back. read more

Loyal customer for over 19 years... Have been through the changes of multiple owners and have stuck around for Le and Jenny... I won't let anyone else do my pedicure but Le, when I can't get her than it's Jenny... But the only one to do my nails and eyebrows is Jenny... Everyone at the salon know how picky I am, and these ladies have satisfied my needs for over 19 years... My girlfriend went to this place TWICE for nail service and pedicure. The first experience, the employee that did her nails would not stop pressuring her from giving them a 5/5 on yelp AND complained about the amount of tip she gave. The fact that she gave ANY tip should have been appreciated. Also, during her experience, she got micro-cuts on her nails due to their poor handling of the equipment. Those cuts were then saturated with alcohol pads that severely burned. The nail that was done did not even last that long and some came off a few days later. Her second experience was by far the worse! She waited nearly an hour to get her nails fixed, but this time it was a different worker who had a severe English barrier. The worker continued to make mistakes after mistakes on her nail cubicles in addition to the same micro-cuts with alcohol pads. My girlfriend wanted a specific type of color/shape for her nails, but the employee had 0 experience in what she wanted, pressured her to get a completely different shape and color. The worker also charged her MORE for the shape she didn't want AND made up a fake "discount" for taking so long. This entire process took 3 HOURS. If you're wanting a cheap nail salon place, go at your own risk. Don't trust others that rated 5/5. read more

I dropped a weight on my foot over a month ago and my toe nail fell off. So I decided to visit the shop and get it fixed. I ended up getting a pedicure and my eyebrows down. The lady helped me remove my toe nail, it was painless and easy. I didn't have an appointment and they still saw me and I didn't have to wait too long! Jenny was so kind and friendly! First time client & loved it. Waited no longer than 15 mins. Loved the variety of dip powder colors. Very modern and clean salon. Quiet and relaxing ambiance too. She doesn't rush through her work and makes sure her work is done correctly. Never had an issue with her work and only person I trust. Her tools are cleaned when she uses them. Mi also does great on manicures. Been coming here for a long time now. They are closed Sundays, Mondays, and sometimes Tuesdays. I recommend calling in for appointments. They're open from 9:30am-7pm.
