We were trying to order from Dominos, but they don't have a location that would deliver to us, nor any other chain store. So I Yelped it and found this spot and this is our go to from now on. It's freaking good tasting pizza with fresh ingredients and kind ppl. They messed up once and gave me 1 liter drinks instead of 2 liter, but they drive back and fixed the problem. If you want Al Pastor Pizza this place is NOT the move! I'll begin with the customer service it wasn't terrible but it wasn't good either. Made my order over the phone and wasn't even told how long the wait will be. I waited about 15 minutes before picking my order up and was told that they didn't even begin making my pizza as there was NO trace that I ordered from there. An employee then let the cooks know she did take my order and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my pizzas to be made. I ordered a small pepperoni and small al pastor. The pepperoni was just OkAY tbh. It wasn't cut perfectly and I had to cut it myself. But the absolute worst was that ABOMINATION of their version of an Al Pastor pizza. If you look at the picture , it looks delicious right? WRONG ! Firstly, the meat isn't seasoned well and looks only good in color not in tase. Secondly, the onions were not chopped evenly and had two different kinds of onion the white and purple kind, almost as if they ran out of one and used another to cover it up. Thirdly, too much cilantro and as you can see in the picture it was not cooked into the pizza but thrown on which would have been fine if it was a Taco but not on a pizza it taste off compared to other pizza al pastor I've had. Lastly, same issue as the pepperoni pizza with it not being cut properly. Please I implore you to not visit this establishment. I'm sure they have other redeeming items on the menu but all together with the issues I had with the flavors and customer service this will be my last purchase from here. This place over charges, I ordered a medium one topping pepperoni pizza and when I asked why they charged me two toppings they said that they add extra cheese/pepperoni. I let it go and when I got my pizza it was a regular cheese and pepperoni pizza. It may not be a lot that that they charged, but I bet if they did it to me they're doing it to other others. I came in for pizza today and what I Saw left me uneasy to consume a pizza from here. They were not wearing gloves. As a matter fact no one touching food was wearing gloves. Craving just a slice, I headed to Super Pizza Veloz. They have a good deal for a large pepperoni for $5.50. I thought about doing that but it would've been way too much food for me. I didn't want to have to carry around leftovers. So I asked if they do single slices and they said yes, for $2. Not too economical, but oh well. Pros: I could taste how the pizza has the potential to be good. Also, the guy gave me two slices instead of one. Cons: he gave me old pizza. It must've been sitting around for at least a few hours. Maybe that's why he gave me two slices. Who knows. There was only one table available for patrons to sit at. There was some paperwork and other clutter on another table. I guess most folks get their pizza to go. I was on the fence between giving two or three stars. A lot of people came in and out while I was sitting in the store eating my slices. They seemed to all be getting the $5.50 pepperoni deal. Maybe if I had gotten that deal I would have gotten fresh slices and enjoyed them more. However, it was still their choice to give me old pizza. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I'll try again in the future. read more
