I called and asked if I had the correct time and date and I did. The receptionist admitted it was her fault and had a project estimator (Kolby W.) come out at 6:30pm. He claimed he couldn't give me a good quote because he didn't have time to prepare and he said he would come by Friday at 5pm. It is now Tuesday and I never received a phone call' e-mail, text, smoke signals or snail mail. This shows me what kind of company this is. I wouldn't accept a quote from them now even if they said they would do it for free.

They left her place a disaster and a complete safety hazard on all accounts. When I called George to see if they were coming back to fill in the framework gaps on both sides of the sidewalk or the large hole they made at the end of her sidewalk, or clean up the large mound of dirt half in her burn pit half in her yard. His response was that they didnt plan to and that wasnt within the scope of their job. He then proceeded to say "why cant you finish the job". He refused to make the job complete or safe for this woman. She almost fell into the hole, when she was retrieving her dogs from the fenced in area. Its very sad thst a company would take advantage of someone like this.
