Another client was leaving as I walked in so I stood around as there was no reception area awaiting someone to greet me but nothing. Even after the other client left. So I sat myself and waited. Still nothing. 10 minutes passed and finally another client walked in and she was greeted and asked who she was her to see and for what service. Meanwhile, I have been in this establishment for 15 minutes without being spoken to or addressed. Needless to say I walked out feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. All of the students were very welcoming and seemed excited to do my services. I originally came in for a deep conditioning and wash and go but once I looked at ALL their services I also booked a facial! My wash n go came out beautifully! And I really like the products they used! The instructor was attentive but didn't really have to do anything because the student was very comfortable. My facial experience was just as good! I normally cut my own kid's hair, but I wanted a quick cut for both as we are visiting from out of town. BIG MISTAKE. And my kids sit very still for haircuts, so the horrible cuts were not due to them wiggling. The older lady cut my daughter's hair and made her bangs look like Lord Farquuad from Shrek. My son's fade is ridiculous, I do it better at home and I'm not a stylist. I fully believe this Great Clips hired people that barely passed cosmetology school!
