I told him just because his size is a skeleton doesn't mean that everyone else's is!!!! That was discriminatory and I will never ever bring my clothing here nor pay a bill here again!!!!! These people need a good lesson on customer service!!!!! No customers!!!! No business!!!! Warning!!!!

Texas businesses and commerce code title 12 section 604A.002 states: IMPOSITION OF SURCHARGE FOR USE OF DEBIT OR STORED VALUE CARD. (a) In a sale of goods or services, a merchant may not impose a surcharge on a buyer who uses a debit or stored value card instead of cash, a check, credit card, or a similar means of payment. There is no telling how much they are stealing from the customers. I know my surcharge wasn't much, but multiply it by hundreds of customers weekly and it's more by the amount you spend. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General on this matter. Nothing pisses me off more than a merchant scamming their customers to pay for a system they use to operate. Second they don't have this surcharge posted where I was able to see it. Had I seen it I would have questioned it immediately and taken my business elsewhere!

I found Elite Pest and Termite Services and called to check if they would be available to come out and take care of the termites. They came out to check my "problem" very quickly. I figured it may take several weeks but it did not. Cody was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even explained what kind of termites they were and how they were able to cause destruction. I am a retired science teacher and enjoyed the explanations. The other young men that worked with Cody were also quite knowledgeable. When they came and finished the job they were very thorough, and did an outstanding job.
