take my advice & don't go!!…read more the worst experience ever in a hair salon ever!! if you want to be greeted by german impoliteness , attitude & professionell incompetency, go. first of they don't have any blow dry round brushes, so they won't be able to give you any volume, you'll always and up with a completely flat hairstyle, -then they won't listen to you & when the result doesn't come out as you expected, they hide ( my hairdresser just ran away ) and in the end it is your fault of course!! but you are more than welcome to come back & pay again for a correction of their mistake!! they never fail to try to drag more money out of your pocket! - be aware there is only old people coming to this salon, because they don't see the mistakes that are done to their hair any more!! and just like the convenience of a hair salon on the königsallee. noone else in their right mind goes there any more - i came in for nicely blended blonde balayage highlights - and got out with orange/yellow damaged hair!! no apology just accusations & rudeness , trying to insult you even! ----- never again!! ----- save your bucks and go to the 20 other salons close by !!!

I was however a little disappointed that my back and sides was shaved too short and I realise that perhaps there was a communication barrier or perhaps the English 'grade 2' is different to the German version? Whatever the cause, it was too short and I felt the cold for a good two weeks after, even with a babseball cap! I subsequently recommended 'Best Cut' to a friend who used the service and commented on how long it took the barber to perform a short trim, back and sidesMy friend explained the delay was caused by the constant interuptions the barber made to his friends and the telephone I'd be prepared to try Best Cut again but based on mine and my friend's first experience, would prefer to find somewhere different.

It was very convenient and allowed me to view the team members to determine who would be the best fit for me. I decided to book with Sarah and she was fantastic! It has been almost 8 months since I have cut or colored my hair. Mainly because of the price (San Diego) and also because I never seem to get what I asked for. This was not the case with Sarah. I showed her a couple of pictures and told her what color and cut I wanted. She gave me exactly that. My hair looks perfect! In fact, I don't think it has ever looked this good! She also was a delight to be around. I do not speak much German, but was able to have a good laugh with her anyways :) The rest of the team was wonderful as well. They offer drink service through out your appointment and the woman who shampooed my hair gave me the best head, neck and shoulder massage... I almost fell asleep! It was fabulous! The prices were more than reasonable (1/4 of what I am used to paying in California) and the location is very convenient. I am very happy I found this place through Yelp and have already booked my next appointment.
