My driving instructor, Saini, was super professional, patient and had a great approach to teaching. Along with teaching me to drive according to the Canadian rules, he also focused on my bad driving habits and corrected them one by one. Called back the next day to see what was up because I was disappointed that I had reserved my day for our lesson and instructor said he had replaced his phone and lost my information and was unable to text me back, so to make it up said I would get a free lesson and I would have priority for a timeslot the next day. I was at work so he said he would call me back later on that night to arrange a lesson... no call back. Called back the next day and no answer yet again, and voicemail full yet again. The instructor knows I'm pressed for time to get my G license since it is expiring soon and I'm just very disappointed because I had invested my time and put my trust in this company to at least answer back my phone calls or show up at my front door when we schedule a lesson.
