We brought the car in as soon as they were open but by 5 pm it still wasn't done. We came back at 6 after they had technically closed and I couldn't believe what a horrible job they did, especially the outside. Half the car wasn't even washed let alone waxed but the worker talked to the owner and they didn't charge me for the exterior. But when I got my car home I realized what a bad job they did on the inside too. I waited to see if the owner would call me to try and remedy the situation but after a week or so I was forced to call him myself. He said that they would redo the job and even pick my car up and we scheduled another appointment for a week and half out. I thought well we'll see if he is an honorable businessman. But he flaked on me and never did the work. He did call me at the end of the day and give me some excuse but he only seems to have excuses and no solutions. When I was talking to one of the workers she told me that he routinely overbooks work so it's no surprise that they can't finish.

After my last review Caliber delivered the car to our home along with 3 employees, one of whom talked about "customer service", a second employee who gave us 100.00 gift card, and suggested we could change the yelp review. Sadly, the anti collision safety feature was still not working, and when you made a right turn at certain speeds, the brake warning light lit up on 2 spots on the dash. Both of these items were pointed out to Caliber when we returned it to them in late March. I'm not sure if Caliber was just trying to wait us out, thinking we'd go away with our broken car, or if they are truly that incompetent. I had to give a 1 star, but its really zero stars from me.
