Service dude come in, looks at the oven says "oh yeah, you need this part." I said "I know: told the guy on the phone who said they'd check it out before you came out." Service dude disappears, they call 2 days later saying the part is no longer available AND CHARGES ME $40 FOR A SERVICE CALL AND $50 FOR LABOR!!! WHAT LABOR??? Avoid!
