WHAT THE FUCK!!!! I just had the worst experience talking to someone on the phone! Phoned to report one of there drivers driving dangerously almost hitting me and my mother in law. His response was "oh yeah" with the most "I don't care" tone in his voice. When we asked if he cared even he said "no." I hope one of your drivers causes an accident and you have to deal with the outcome. If your drivers want to drive like ass holes maybe don't plaster your name all over the side of your work vehicles! I will NEVER use your company and I will tell anyone who's looking for cleaning services to go somewhere else. I hope you idiots go out of business. What a horrible way to deal with an upset potential customer. read more

Service dude come in, looks at the oven says "oh yeah, you need this part." I said "I know: told the guy on the phone who said they'd check it out before you came out." Service dude disappears, they call 2 days later saying the part is no longer available AND CHARGES ME $40 FOR A SERVICE CALL AND $50 FOR LABOR!!! WHAT LABOR??? Avoid!
