Supacheap, Supacrap service! Long story short, bought a battery for $339. Put the battery in the car its half flat, ring Supacheap they said must have been sitting on the shelf a long time.Went away for the weekend, Wake up battery is flat. Weekend ruined waited two days to get a new battery. Ring the Curramundi store Manager Andy says yep bring it in. First they had to charge it waited all day, no return call. Ring Andy he says now we have to test it if its faulty we will replace. Manager Andy is too gutless to call back, gets Liam to call me to say yes its faulty (Derr) but we dont have any in stock and cant give you a refund, then proceeds to tell me I have to pick it up and Take it to Maroochydore store to get a refund like hes doing us a favour. Buyer beware avoid this store at all costs its full of incompetent staff and dodgy products. read more
