TIP: If you are with NRMA, now you have to ask to take your car to Dicker's, as NRMA has some weird thing now where they have "partners" and unless you specify, that's where you get sent. I will always go there, as they do good work, are accommodating and communicate! They also lend me a car while mine is in the shop. Thta's right, LEND. Nothing to do with my insurance.
