Right away, Tarin welcomed me in and we started talking about solutions for my hair issues. She's absolutely one of the most educated and talented hair dressers I've ever been to in my life. I went in with a botched, uneven haircut, and a horrible hair color from another salon. She took the time to explain to me why my hair color was in need of some correction, and she kept the length in my hair, but completely reshaped it and it looks fantastic now!! I have found my salon home now, and will not go anywhere else! I also have had my hair blown out by Debra and she's terrific too. The owner at Salon 907 ( sorry can't remember her name) took a lot of time and effort to save my hair and correct the mistakes made. She did a great job and called me the next day to ensure I was happy and concerned I understood the next time the price will be much lower. I'm hoping the "other" salon will compensate me for their mistakes.

I have very thick, long, heavy hair that was way overdue for a proper cut and color. For almost 20 years, I struggled to find someone in my area with the experience and skill to handle my hair the way I truly envisioned. Well... the search is officially OVER! Rebecca is not only incredibly talented, but you can immediately tell she's highly trained and confident in what she does. She gave me the most beautiful layered cut effortlessly--something that is NOT easy with my hair--and my highlights turned out exactly how I've always wanted: bright blonde, shiny, and full of life. Unfortunately, she left the salon she was in and moved so I found myself once again searching for a salon. I made an appointment for Lakewood Ranch Hair Salon for Friday (today) at 10:30am. I advised I have short hair and wanted a short haircut and style. I did not even ask how much since I needed my haircut for an event in Naples on Saturday. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and I was told my stylist would be right out. My stylist came out and immediately apologized and said she would not be able to cut my hair because she is not good at pixie cuts and does not feel comfortable. She quickly told me another stylist could cut my hair on Saturday. That was not going to work as Saturday I had the event in Naples in the afternoon and in the morning I had another appointment. I don't understand why she or the receptionist could not have called me earlier to advise me of this. I could have scheduled someone else or gone to another salon. This is the most unprofessional way to handle a business. My appointment specifically stated short haircut and style. Did she not read the notes. Needless to say I will not be going back to that salon. Fortunately I found a salon in Naples that will get my haircut before the event.
