This was an unpleasant experience. We asked if we could "walk in" and it was met with a yes 15 minute wait which turned to 45 and a very unpleasant experience, but we had to keep a muzzle on since my daughters hair was at stake. Not friendly, very judgmental which was weird since it was a super cuts. Do not recommend! I also saw another POC walk in and treated very poorly as well and I listened to them complain about a customer who called to make an appointment but they gossiped about him and it was just an unpleasant experience. read more

This location is great. Jess is awesome! after years of coming here pre pandemic, never had anybody talk to me in a rude manner! It would be great if I could have booked with jess all the time but I was unfortunate to have sat on this other stylist's station. Today, me and my son had an appointment 4:30 and 5pm. He was called at 5 and I was then later after with the same stylist. I can understand that they are busy so we got pushed back. My son and I had the same hair cut. When it was my turn, I was asked what style. I told her the exact same style what my son said and she replied she doesn't know that and never heard of it. Even told her what razor size and what shape the back would be. But what got in to my nerve is when she ask if I minded if I take my mask off. I have worn a mask still every time I go there and I never had a problem till today. I said I do mind and she said "well how am I supposed to cut your hair?" I got up, apologized to Jess, paid for my son's and left. I do not recommend this location unless you have an appointment with jess. I've been coming to this location for about 2 years now. I get my head shaved so I can't really talk about the hair cuts. They always do a good job. The staff has always been friendly to me and even recommended a very good product to help with my beard when I had one. The loss of a star is just because of the app. They were getting double booked and all chaos ensued. I used to like to be able to check in and see what my wait time would be but now the app is just to make appointments. I think they should go back to it just letting you check in. read more

Calling around for kids haircut was a hassle every other shop could not accommodate 2 kids. Supercuts was my 4th call they answered politely booked our appt and greeted us with a smile and we were even able to get in the same day! The boys haircuts came out great and the excellent customer service from Octavia & Leslie made it a great trip for haircuts with our 6yr old enjoying conversation with his stylist. I wanted to get a wash and a blowout, so I had called ahead of time to ask if they have blue shampoo and the stylist that answered told me they did, and then asked when I would like to make an appointment so because she told me that they had the blue shampoo that's why I made the appointment. I get there they start trying to wash my hair I remind her that I wanted the blue shampoo and then stylist tells me they don't have blue shampoo. But that was the whole point of why I made my appointment and went to this location. Afterwards, I told her that I didn't want my hair washed and she got very rude. I came here to get my daughter's hair cut and everyone was pretty friendly. Then the woman who started cutting my daughter's hair just went off the rails! I asked for 2-inches taken off and she took 5 or 6 in off. Then she took 7 or 8 in off the other side. I can't believe it. Her hair looks terrible. I'm extremely disappointed. When I complained they offered my money back but not to fix the haircut. This place obviously hires incompetent people and it's very disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for. I will never come back here and I will never refer anyone to Supercuts ever. My daughter has been in tears for hours now that she realizes her hair is going to be almost 8 in shorter than she originally wanted. Absolutely horrible experience. read more

Wow, the absolute worst customer experience I've ever had. I checked in online for a 5:30 appointment. I arrived at 5:20 and was greeted by the most unhappy woman I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. She called me sir, I am a woman. Then said we are closing. I asked why I was able to check in online? She left the customer she was with came to the counter and asked for my name. I told her, she shrugged and said yea well we are closing so I won't have time for you. My haircuts usually only take about 10-15minutes, I have never been treated like this at any other location and have always come right after work with no issues. Went today and my husband got an uneven haircut. It is noticeable how uneven it is. And the sides were completely chopped off and at an odd angle for an unknown reason. I am absolutely shocked the person who cut his hair is licensed. His haircut is so bad I would've been disappointed with it even if it were given for free. Walked in for a haircut, was told people are on lunch. Cool not a biggie. Been to the place 6 other times, let's make an appointment for 4pm. Ok perfect come back at 4pm and was told to wait at least 30 min they are doubled booked. Look I'm cool with showing up for an appointment but don't waste my time twice. Checked in and there was no wait time - Awesome! First time here and Vanessa sat me down and asked what I wanted. About 15 minutes later I was done. A slight imperfection to the left, but it was her first time cutting my hair and when I called it out she fixed it. She was very personable and was willing to take critic on what I felt was incorrect. She fixed the issue quickly and wasnt upset about it. As a walk-in client I waited about 20 minutes and I'm glad I did. Jess gave me one of the best haircuts I've had. Jess's approach is wonderfully human and kind, a very caring experience. So you'd think the hair stylists would be grateful for work and do a decent job since so many people, including myself, are out of work. Not here! Worst customer service you'll ever experience. Double book appointments and don't even offer to reschedule or let alone apologize. Single mother of a 5 year old wanted to get his hair cut and mine so I made 2 appointments. Once I arrive I'm told to wait outside for his haircut to finish and he would have to do the same. A 5 year old! They did not even ask how I wanted his hair cut. day before picture day my son asks for a hair cut so I take him to the grand canyon location, my son asked for a fohawk. Towards the end of the cut my son looks up and notices it is not a fohawk but instead she SHAVED his head, my son says "this isnt a fohawk" and she joked "it will look like it in a week" so instead of getting upset in front of my kids I try to make light of because hair grows back but my 6 year old son who has ADHD and is very emotional was extremely upset and cried that he didn't want to go to school because he was bald.
