I come to this location every 5 or 6 weeks. They're great and I'm always happy with my cut. My only complaint is they had no heat over winter, which was ridiculous. And I wish they'd play music or have a TV. It's dead quiet except for random chit-chat. read more

Horrible service at the Lewisburg,WV location. If I could leave no stars I would. Store manager refused me service because she said she heard a rumor about me around town that was not true, and since she didn't like me and didn't want to give me service, she denied me instead of asking another barber to take care of me. When I contacted corporate, they got me in touch with the store managers boss, who took up for her as well as her boss did the same. I am currently trying to get a hold of the owner and they will not give me his number or contact information. I was cussed out in the store in front of other employees as well as customers. Very unprofessional and I am trying to escalate this, but cannot find the right people. read more

I go to SuperCuts bc my favorite stylist Maria recently started there & she does an amazing job on my hair. Maria gets 5 the store atmosphere is 1 Maria is always warm, kind, and goes out of her way to make my hair perfect. I must say though, the rest of the staff have been very off putting. They're quite cold & make it a bit uncomfortable. The hair cuts for children are also overpriced. I won't be taking my 2 sons back esp. after a stylist gave my youngest son a complete hack job. read more

I have had my 9 year old son in to get his hair cut there several times and just looked up Supercuts price list online because there is no price list posted at this location. I now realize they are charging adult price for a kids haircut. The service listed online is shampoo, cut and hot towel refresher. I have been there a dozen times for my kids and myself and never once have any of us been offered a shampoo or a hot towel at the end, but I'm getting charged for it. They just spray hair with a mister bottle and cut...that's it! They charge for services they aren't providing. read more

I took my son there two days ago and very specifically told the woman to leave the front hair long to where it would cover his forehead, my son's hair was very long on top so she had a lot of hair to play with, what I asked wasn't hard at all to understand or do, what did she do? Cut it all off, had no hair to cover his forehead at all, why ask how you want it cut if you can't do it and you will do whatever you want? I am very upset and my son is hating it. She said she had to cut it shorter to fade it with the rest of the hair, that was the most stupid thing to say because I was very specific! I must have said leave the front long three times and she turns around and does just the opposite, If she had told me I can't do that before she cut it I would have asked someone else or gone somewhere else! But she said "I got you" Thank goodness hair grows back but one thing is for sure, We are not going back there! I guess It does not matter if the place is clean or the staff is nice if they don't do a good job on what this business offers!! I could not be any more disappointed. DONT GO THERE!!! This place is horrible, there was a woman who cut my hair did HORRIBLE, I wanted it long on top going a little bit over my eyebrows, my hair was going over my bottom eyelash and I wanted them to give me half of what I had on the sides, and cut my hair to where it went a little bit over my eyebrow, after she was done cutting my hair my hair was covering like one third of my forehead and it was so short. First time try get haircut here and they was rude and was post to open at 10:00am they seen me at the door and still wouldn't open the door till 10:07am . Then said there was the only person there so it takes 30 minute to get a haircut ! I won't be back after this experience ! read more
