Extremely disappointed in their service. I checked in, and the system indicated a wait time of 10-15 minutes max. Thirty minutes later, they told me that people had called ahead, yet their tablet still displayed the 10-15 minute maximum wait time. When it was finally my turn, they said more people had called in, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes before deciding to leave and go elsewhere. Their tablet system is very misleading. I waited 30 minutes and the woman decided to take her friend's kid first, and forced him to check in, then decided to take someone who had only been there 5 minutes. Took my husband to get a mullet cut and Nicole cut his hair. She was so nice and understood exactly what we wanted. She was fun and made the experience really nice. All the employees seemed to be in great moods, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. read more

Beverly was recommended. She cut very little off and it was not what I asked for. Got home and saw right side was longer that the left and I had to recut it. I ask for short layering and got a long chili-bowl. These days they are taught to cut fast with as little work as possible. Looks okay in the shop - looks shaggy a week later. I have paid $40 for cuts no better. Professionalism has left Longview. read more

Have had Maria cut my hair for literally years and won't even let anyone else touch it! She is the nicest, sweetest and kindest person I've ever had to deal with my thin hair. I thought I finally found my son a stylist who listened and did a great job. I made an appointment for 9am the day before. I walked in at 9:00 and she had just taken a client before they were even supposed to be open. I told her I had an app somewhere else at 10 and she said she walked in first. We waited hoping we could pull it off. She looked right in my eyes and called another walk in. Whats the point of making an appointment if I can't get in??? I'm so mad. I have appointments all day planning for a trip and she's made it impossible for me to get my sons hair cut now. I will NEVER be back. read more

Call in, schedule, it is irrelevant. Schedule for 15:30. Wait until 16:00, a walk-in in taken over you. Then at 16:15, the cutter walks away from you to take 10 minutes more of your time to take care of product. Don't bother calling in a time for an appointment. Don't bother signing in when you get there. It doesn't matter. read more

this place is sh#t. i'm already a ugly freak but my long hair gave me some confidence and made me look somewhat decent. I wanted to get a trim on my middle part because it was getting difficult to style but this was the worst decision ever. They f$caked my sh#t so bad i don't even want to show my face anywhere, i hate it. I gave her all the detailed instructions and simplified it for a idiot to understand but obviously that wasn't enough. She didn't even know how to layer or trim a simple middle part and she left a mullet on me somehow when i told her specifically to balance it out and shape it. i hate myself read more

My Government teacher just came here on Sunday, September 6, 2021. He left that hair salon looking like who dun it and why. The hairline was not even a hairline and it looked like yall could have done a better job blindfolded. If you are going to run a hair salon at least know how to cut hair because this is ridiculous. He had to go home and get one of his fellow coaches who doesn't have any experience doing hair to fix it. read more

I came in last month for my first visit to a Supercuts. I was hoping to receive more than the sub-par haircuts I've received at other salons in the past. The business was clean and the lady who cut my hair was friendly. Due to miscommunication, I was unaware that each individual service was a separate fee so the money I expected to pay doubled upon checkout. Also, I repeated three times that I wanted a shampoo and cut but my hair was spritzed instead of shampooed and I was still charged for the shampoo. By the time I realized why the charge was so much, I was already across town. Supercuts reluctantly offered a refund but it wasn't worth the trip. So basically, this salon is the same as other salons. read more

Was completely horrible!!! Ruined my maid of honors hair a week before my wedding!!! When i called the manager to explain what happened she avoided my call and said that i was a lair when she finally called me back half a week later!! I had gotten my hair done here as well and it wasnt perfectly done but it was better than my poor maid of honors hair... i would never recommend this place for anyone i know!!! We came from Marshall to this location. My husband checked us in and asked how long the wait would be and was told 15 minutes. A few minutes later, someone called and the young lady told them that it would be an hour. After close to 30 minutes later, my husband asked how long that 15 minutes was. She chuckled and said, "We've got people coming in who called and that's why I told you an hour." That's a lie! If we were told an hour, we would have left and not wasted our time. I went in to get a cut exactly like the cut I had half an inch shorter. The operator turned my chair away from the mirror - first bad clue. She cut it real short on top, made a few cuts here and there leaving it horribly uneven. She only cut the neck line across - not touching the nape at all. She left my bangs like they were and asked me if I wanted any cut off. Off course I did as they were well down over my eyes. She cut some off. My hair looks like I cut it myself. It is horrible and now I must pay for ANOTHER cut to get this one fixed. She had no idea what she was doing and did not care, really. If you are a man and only want an electric razor cut, you will be fine. Any thing else, you best go where you can get a real cut. This place sucks, but most of Longview does. read more
