You could see the lumps under the nail color, and the dips have already started coming off. The dips that I received previously last me a month, and I usually have to get them done due to my nails growing out. I have always watched the nail tech while the dip is being applied. This nail tech put the color on 0and then put the base on top of the color. Therefore she was unable to smooth the nail out without removing the color. The manager did refund my payment, but due to the fact the tech had filed my nails down to the quick, I had to wait until they grew out before I was able to have them redone. I'm not sure if this young lady had ever done a nail dip before.

(#1 Why was I not given that info when I made my appointment a week ago?) 30 minutes before the appointment they called to say that Alura had to leave so they needed to cancel my appointment. The next available appointment with Ariel isn't until 2-1/2 weeks from now. But they can get me in with Alura sooner. (#2 Alura just left me in the lurch.
