I have been here a couple of times but the last time was the last time. The girl acted as if she knew how to cut short hair with some cowlicks. You can't fix short hair when you cut it wrong as easy as long hair and what a mess. Even friends are asking who I went to. How embarrassing. Stylists: If you don't know how to cut short hair that has curl in it then say you can't and I'll wait for someone else don't do it. I now have to wait for it to grow out to be fixed. $30 with a $10 tip and she was useless. Never again! read more

So, I know when you go to a Supercuts the expectations are lower, but I simply needed a trim. My hair hasn't been cut for months and I asked for 2-3 inches off to get rid of the dead ends. Well, the hairdresser was nice, but she couldn't even perform the simple task of cutting my hair evenly. I thought it was maybe my hair being damp because it doesn't always lay evenly unless it is styled, so I gave her benefit of the doubt. But I get home later, take a shower, dry my hair, and it is soooo uneven. She claimed to have been cutting hair for years, and not to sound like a b****, but my hair looks like a third grader had fun with a pair of scissors. I tipped her good, as I always do given that I work as a server, but I'm more upset that I have been spending my time trying to fix it... I literally could have cut my own hair better, which is exactly what I'm doing now. read more

I've been to a couple of Supercuts, this one is pretty consistent with the others. In a good way, of course. I've been getting my hair cut at this location for a few years now. Jocelyn is the only one who has been cutting my hair. I usually keep one of two hairstyles depending on the time of the year (slightly longer on top during colder months, then buzzed down the rest of the year). Jocelyn always remembers this and knows how to cut my hair per visit. As far as the business goes, the shop has always been clean and cutting/styling equipment seems well maintained. For the years I've been coming here, on only one visit did they run out of warm towels. Which was sad, because the warm towel treatment is my favorite part of the visit. Jokingly I've been tempted to stop in just for a warm towel, but I don't want to seem like some kind of weirdo freak...well at least not where I regularly get my hair cut... read more

My daughter and I walked right in for our services. My daughter got a wax and a haircut. My daughter had a hard time explaining what she wanted so Heather cut it according to the directions she was given. My daughter said, no that isn't right so she explained some more. Fortunately, she still had lots of hair left to work with and Heather worked on her some more. When she was done, my daughter said, Yes!, this is what I wanted! Heather was very patient and told us what the haircut is called so we know for next time. We even wrote it down. My hair is wavy and uncontrollable (especially now in summer) I wanted a new hair style stacked bob didn't know if my hair would do this! love my new hair style can't say enough about it! I went to this location today to get my hair cut and highlighted. I said I wanted the peek a boo color that was there from 8 months ago removed. The image i showed the lady was just barely below the shoulder. My hair is between my shoulder and chin. Its super choppy, there is so much purple and blue left in my hair and the chunky blond highlights I asked for pretty much cover the whole top of my head making it not look like highlights. The stylist was rough with my head. I will not go back there I wasted my money for something that looks nothing like what I asked for. Horrible horrible job I actually cried when I got home. I currently have a bob and went to see Joselyn to have a couple of inches taken off. I specified I wanted it at chin level with a SLIGHT stack at the back. I went in with my hair in its natural dry state which has a slight wave. I explained this so she would know my hair would shrink. She cut my hair above chin level so now that it is dry it is nearly up to my ears!!! It is THE MOST unlevel cut I have ever had. It is longer at the back and uneven from left to right. My husband could have done a better job with a pair of garden shears. I have never been fussy about my hair and always had the attitude "it's just hair, it will grow". However I went home and cried. I feel ridiculous!!!!! read more

Beware of the stylist with green hair and no hairstyle! I went in with a picture of the cut I wanted, which clearly showed the hair coming down several inches below the shoulder in the front. Jenn glanced at it and said okay, I could put the picture away. I had long hair and acknowledged that she would be cutting a couple of inches off. My HUGE mistake was assuming that she knew what she was doing. As she was cutting in the back I was feeling that a lot of hair was coming off, but when I actually saw the length on the side it was too late. She had actually cut about 6 inches off!!! I was in shock!!!!! My hair was above my shoulders. As I was showing her the picture she was busy trying to convince me that this cut looked like the picture!!! Not even close and I can't even style it like the picture. If this is the kind of "stylists" that some academies are turning out (and Supercuts are hiring) then it seems a better choice to get a cut at the Salon Professional Academy where they have the instructors to supervise. Advice: Don't get your hair cut by someone with green (or other) colored hair and no style! read more

If you had zero stars...that is what I would rate it. Came in to have the sides only of my medium length hair angle cut as it was blunt cut accidentally. I told the stylist (I use that word loosely) to please blend in the blunt edges of the side of my hair but do not cut too much. As she is cutting and cutting and cutting, I am telling her to stop. She asked if I wanted the opposite side corrected. Yes I replied as what else could I say as one side was already cut too short. Long story short, both sides were cut shorter than I requested and were not evenly matched up. At this point, I got up and told her I shouldn't have to pay for her ruining my hair and at that she picked up the phone and threatened to call the POLICE. For 7.00 for the "bang" trim, it wasn't worth it to me to allow her to bother the police for HER MISTAKE. I asked for the manager to which she replied she was the manager. I never cursed at her, just let her know her skills were sorely lacking and that she did not LISTEN to what I had requested. She told me, it was uneven when you got here. NO KIDDING! That is why I came to a salon, to pay to have it corrected. This person was scissor happy and did not care what I wanted. NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY SUPERCUTS. They employ less than experienced HAIR CUTTERS NOT STYLISTS. read more
