The shop has nice wide aisles, so it easy to navigate with a pram or wheelchair.

They had some good offers on toiletries and similar items if you're a student you can get 10% off here which works in addition to the offers they have around store. My biggest problem with this store is that it feels the lady who served me at the checkout was on commission, I bought three different products and for two of them, she tried to get me to sell a more expensive version, she also tried to sell me another random product, this was despite me stating "No thanks", "Please stop trying to upsell me" and "I only want these products" - she just didn't listen, I get asking once if I'm interested in any special offers but continuing relentlessly, I got a sense of arrogance and rudeness that she felt she knew what I wanted and needed to buy more than me. If you can get past the upsell at the checkout, the selection and overall feel is good and there is a small Beauty Bar area for the ladies. 3*

The opening hours aren't great, especially considering the store provides services such as an Optician and Pharmacy, and closing at 5:30 just isn't good enough. It would be useful if they stayed open a little later, I know Sainsbury's (also in the shopping centre) is open until 7 pm, so I don't see why that can't be the case here. Queuing at the pharmacy could be handled better, while the stock was reasonable, I do prefer their Meadowhall location which is only one stop away on the train. 3*

Its not as busy as some of the other boots so its nicer to go in. They have a big range of cosmetics and healthcare products, baby products and other products. The pharmacy is great though, the waiting time is very small and the staff are extremely helpful.

There is also a photo desk at the back of the shop where you can print photos and get photo gifts. There is also a chemist where you can pick up prescriptions. The staff are freindly and always willing to help. The only downside of this shop is the price as it tends to be more expensive than places like superdrug. However you can collect Boots points and use them to get items for free.

There's also a dedicated perfume counter, photo lab, optician, pharmacy and a great baby section, selling everything from formula to cute kids' clothes. At the front of the store, you'll find fridges packed with tasty sandwiches, cold drinks and snacks for the famous Boots 'meal deal', too. They rearrange things occasionally which can be very confusing but the sales assistants are always very helpful and friendly. If I can't find something, there is always somebody around that I can ask. I have recently ordered some glasses from Boots and the service I received was great. I have a genetic eye condition that they hadn't seen before so they took photographs and had a good look at my eyes but they were always polite and made sure I had the time to spare. I don't think Boots is cheap really but they generally have a lot of offers on plus you get the advantage card points.
