An appointment was not scheduled but Joe and his crew showed up while I was out of town. I spoke to Joe via my ring doorbell and said it was okay to proceed despite the fact that I was not in town. Upon return I noticed my bench had been moved and not placed back in its original position. I also noticed that my rock garden memorial had been moved and also not put back in its original position. I spoke with Joe and he said he had to move the rocks and bench to complete the job. I advised him that I was upset that I was not informed of the need to move the rocks as I would have preferred to gently move them because of their significance. He said he was not made aware of the fact that the rocks were "special" and he would not have moved them if he had known. He apologized at the end of the conversation but the took no accountability for leaving the other things out of place. As a customer I don't know what is needed to do the job and I feel like I should have been made aware of the rock garden movement. I asked if my sprinkler was damaged in the process and Joe said "I dont know, we didn't check." He then proceeded to talk about my bill. So I guess it's my responsibility as the customer to ask them to check the sprinkler or to ask them not to damage the sprinkler? I'm disappointed in Joe's performance, lack of accountability and attention to detail. I felt he would believe his reputation was more important than cash, but it seems I was wrong.

He and his crew have been super efficient with their time, hard working and communicative. I actually sat a safe distance away and watched as my trees began to come down piece by piece. It was amazing to watch how they did it... one branch at a time from the bottom up, and once the branches were gone they started cutting the tree up from the top down. I never knew how much the ground vibrated when a tree log hit the ground. I have other trees that need attention so I will most likely use them again.

They are professional and accommodating…read more Quoting Process: Easy, Pablo and his dad personally come out within few days and make quoting simple and quick. Costing: Pablo provided an extremely aggressive quote! In some cases a few grand cheaper than competitors. Price agreement : Pablo is understanding and open to conversations about cost. The detailed itemized price proposal made it easy to inquire about things like types of turf and how to be more cost efficient with the amount of cement we wanted. Project Review: once we agreed on the project, Pablo and his dad came out one more time to make sure we were aligned on the project, which was helpful. Installation: We had a couple of days delay because of the recent rain but Pablo gave me a heads up the week before that they were going to keep an eye on the weather and would start as quickly as possible. The project itself took 4 days to complete for roughly 1300 sq feet of cement and 800 sq ft of turf. Pablo and his dad were both out here personally installing the concrete and turf. They even installed a door leading to my backyard at no additional cost. Result: we are extremely happy with the result and how great it makes my front and backyard look.
