I am from New York and visit family in hickory NC a few times a year. I have always gotten a…read morehaircut at at Sports Clips when in town. I checked in online, 0 wait time. 20 minute ride get there all chairs full, wait time now 20 minutes. I am the only one in the store. one stylist finishes and proceeds to clean up, answer the phone. Then goes in the back, comes out and says someone will be with me in a minute. 2 other stylists finish and start cleaning up. first stylist is at register standing. both other stylist finish and retreat to the back. approx. 10 minutes have passed. since all 3 have finished and last stylist is finishing up. I am still the only person in the store. got up told them to have a nice day and left. I am not used to being treated in such a rude manner. will not go back
