I found Superior Law Center online. First I spoke with Sam Gagliano. Sam was great, very helpful, encouraged me to shop around, and made me feel really comfortable about hiring Attorney Erik Friis. I indeed did shop around. There were some cheaper, and some expensive. The cheaper law firms I spoke to were very untimely with communication and the more expensive law firms just could not be justified on the cost. I did my research on Superior Law Center, Sam, the rest of the staff and Erik Friis. Some people had nice things to say, and some people didn't. Despite some of the bad reviews I saw online, I went with them anyways and I will tell you why. Superior Law Center has excellent customer service. They always picked up the phone or called me back within an hour. Whether it was an administrative matter, or I had to speak to my attorney Erik Friis, I was always kept in the loop. They were on top of my case. Erik Friis himself would be the one to call me and talk to me about my case, not an assistant. I won't go into deep details, but Erik Friis under promised and over delivered results to me. I was prepared for the worst. I was told that the court may fine me, and I might have a criminal record for a period of time. What would have been an 18 month misdemeanor, further dropped to an infraction on my record (IF I was good) turned into the case just being dismissed entirely! I didn't have to pay any additional court fees, no record, and I never once had to show up in court, or the law office. I can't thank him enough. If i could give superior law center more than 5 stars i would.. this wanst my first run in with the law, but trying to stay out of jail made me fight to get a lawyer and although the bill was hefty, i gurantee that i got my moneys worth. this would have been my second dui and i was facing a minimum of 30 days in jail. with school and a potential job on the way honestly i could not do a day in jail at all so eric and sam both told me how they felt about the case and said that they could guarantee that i wont spend a day in jail but other than that they also got me AQUITED crazy right.. although i had to do a plea bargain it did go in my favor and i was able to look past all this trouble. so to conclude this review i would say to come to superior law get your consultation (its free) and tell them what you need them to do, they are experts and they know for a fact their limits so let them do their job just pay htem and keep tabs, youll be okay!! read more

Erik represented me, and he got my charges reduced from a misdemeanor to an infraction (disturbing the peace). I was sentenced to just community service and a preventative class with no fine. I found Superior Law through a google search after I got myself into some trouble. I was super panicked and thought I had ruined my future, but Sam returned my call within the hour (even on a Saturday) and really helped put my mind at ease. He consoled me and was very reassuring. I knew I was in good hands as soon as I met him. He detailed the process in a way I could understand and was thorough and professional. We talked about setting up a payment plan-- for me, it was $400 a month for 6 months, plus the downpayment. Pretty reasonably priced, but being a college student, I was hesitant to spend that kind of money. In the end though, I definitely got what I paid for and it was 100% worth every penny, especially considering my future was on the line. I contacted Superior Law Center when I was charged with a second offense DUI which I truly felt I was wrongfully accused of. Throughout the initial processes every one at their office was extremely helpful in helping me start defending my case. I was paired up with Attorney Joshua Price and in retrospect I'm so glad I was. Josh was prepared in every way to help me get the best possible result from my case. My case was particularly difficult. It being a second offense DUI and still within the probation period from my previous charge. So Josh went to battle for me on an almost weekly basis and attained another one victory after another. He prepared my case with several professional witnesses as well as the witnesses I provided. The outcome wasn't looking so hopeful but what I will say next will blow you away. When we were about three days away from trial, Josh had also been preparing a plea bargain with the District Attorney. We got a phone call the Friday before our trial was to begin on the following Monday and Josh called me with some great news. Essentially, Josh was able to reduce my second offense DUI to a Wet and Reckless and my Probation Violation to a 90 day alcohol monitoring. Now to some who don't know how devastating a second offense DUI is, this sounds like I still got in some trouble, which I did. But considering what I would have been facing if I had not contacted Superior Law Center and had not been paired with Attorney Joshua Price, I am extremely happy with my results. 2nd Offense DUI usually equals: -2 year hard suspension of driver's license -18 month DUI program -minimum 96 hours in County Jail -Thousands of dollars in fines. -plenty more other BS My 2nd Offense with Superior Law Center(and Josh Price) -1 year drivers license suspension -3 month DUI program -no jail time -significantly less in fines -90 days alcohol monitoring(sobriety) Overall, I would have had my life and finances destroyed for about 2 years with my charges. But because of Superior Law Center and Joshua Price, all of this will be over in 3 months and I can move on with my life. I would recommend Superior Law Center and Attorney Joshua Price to ANYONE that runs into any kind of legal or criminal trouble. I hired this guy to help me get out of a dui a while back. I had blown .05 and blood tested .08. They know what they're doing in the sense that they sold me on retaining them. Told me that the reason my blood alcohol was higher the second time is cuz of the stress and adrenaline from being arrested. It was an easy case! In the end, Eric didn't return calls, he asked me to show up in court and then forgot that he had told me that, he didn't ever tell me what he was working towards in my case. Since I had friends with higher blood alcohol get their cases reduced to an infraction or dismissed all together, I thought for sure he'd do something. He did absolutely nothing for me. I still paid the fines plus attorney fees, still had to do the classes, etc. I wouldn't recommend this guy if he was the last attorney on earth. 3/11/14 They say everything happens for a reason and that people enter and exit our lives with a purpose and for a reason. When I was looking on line for a lawyer to represent my son I read many reviews and testimonials. Joshua Price was introduced to me through The Superior Law Center. He worked exhaustibly to do the best job possible. We did not see the odds in our favor as my son had three counts against him: DUI, Hit and Run and Threatening an Officer. Josh treated my son as if he were his only client, as I know he must treat each client he represents. He is both personable and professional and made us both feel very comfortable.
