This place is ridiculous. They will only submit claims to insurance if you have diabetes, despite the fact that you have a prescription stating medical necessity. This remains the case even though your insurance advises you are definitely covered for medical necessity, not limited to any specific condition. The front office is unpleasant and lazy, only wanting your business if you do their job for them. I would highly recommend the other orthotics business down the road that is professional and therefore is more than happy to work with your insurance. read more
