So, today after emptying the office of everything but desks, file cabinets, bookshelves, and copy machine, the carpet cleaner shows up and says he can not do it. His hose is not long enough, and does not have enough suction. Needless to say, we were very, very, disappointed. We thought we had made the situation clear. We have had it cleaned by another company before, so thought there would be no problem, since this company did not come and check it out beforehand. The guy who showed up, said the office gal had not passed the message along to him. So, my recommendation is to by pass the office, and speak directly to the cleaning crew.
