My Mothers 80th birthday was a few weeks ago and I was not able to fly out due to work. I opted to treat my Mother like a Queen for an evening. After much research I found Superior Ride Limo. Sharon was very helpful and understood the experience I was hoping for. Sharon had Greg as the driver of the impeccably clean towncar that arrived on time and provided a perfect experience for my Mother and Stepfather. Greg had bottled water for them, helped them into the vehicle and even helped my stepfather with his tie. After taking pictures for me he provided a very smooth drive and walking them into the restaurant and helped them to their table. Once there he went in periodically to take pictures and text them to me while I was at work. That made my night! Greg made the night so special for my Mom and stepfather. I can say honestly that Greg treated them with respect and as if They were his family. Thank you to all at Superior for such a Wonderful experience and especially to Greg who went above and beyond and is an employee to be Proud of. I have used their services twice for airport pick ups for my boss and both times, the inbound flight arrived at a different time than originally scheduled (one about 90 minutes early and one about 4 hours late). Upon learning the updates with short notice, I made a quick call to Superior Ride and it was no problem. They were able to accommodate a new pick up time. In both cases, the driver was actually there quite a bit earlier in case he landed early (he did!), which was incredibly appreciated. Booking over the phone is easy and they send confirmation emails with all of the details. Customer service, especially from Yvonne, is top notch here and I look forward to working with them again next time. read more

I was remotely (from Vermont) producing a time sensitive photo/video shoot at a studio in LA and needed to arrange car service for several people to arrive on-time and relaxed from San Diego, Yucaipa, Wildomar and Newport. We are racing to the airport as our ride didn't show. They waited until the time our driver was to show to contact us and say the driver hadn't shown. I'd almost be sympathetic due to all the COVID issues, but to wait until the time we are to leave to notify us is really poor. At some point before that, they knew the driver wasn't on the way. Not showing in rides to the airport is really poor form. read more

If I could give them more then 5 stars I would!!! Absolutely the best service I have ever gotten from a transportation company. We had 11 girls fly in for a Bachelorette Party and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They picked us up form the airport with a huge van pumped with AC and cold waters. They even had a separate car for our luggage so the girls could all ride together. Our driver Greg went above and beyond his job responsibilities. He was super welcoming and friendly and made us all feel special. He even carried all our luggage to the second floor for all of us. That night he was also our Limo driver. He made the night really special and made sure to let him know if we needed anything at all. The limo was decorated with balloons and signs and drinks. He even had pizza waiting for everyone at the end of the night. We were so happy with our service that we requested to have him drive us to the airport when it was time for us to leave. This company is so lucky to have an employee like Greg. He created an incredible experience that the Bride and all of us will never forget! read more

I can't say enough about superior ride! I was in a jam and honestly scared to use the general options, like taxi or uber with COVID-19 running rampant, but I needed to get to the doctors (I'm pregnant) and my car is on the fritz. I'm not actually sure how long my husband and I have been using SRLimo (quite awhile!), but we've never been disappointed......... just the opposite......... ALWAYS the best personal attention to our needs. My husband's business takes him out of town quite frequently. Yvonne has become a staple in his life now and made a huge difference in the stress(less) factor of travel. ALWAYS beyond prompt, ALWAYS knows current flight/weather/traffic conditions and she is just a pleasure to be with. We also use them privately, when the situation arises. Trips to the airport OR, just this last week, transporting a few of to and from a birthday (husband, again!) dinner. When was the last time you and your friends emerged from a 14 person limo?!? My husband & I hired Superior Limo to take my elderly in-laws to our nephew's college graduation on the central coast. Alan made the arrangements per my husband's requests. My in-laws stated that their driver, James was "perfect" & that he was a great driver & very accommodating. He picked them up on time & got them to the graduation w/ time to spare! The car that my in-laws were transported in was a luxury Jaguar, so they had plenty of leg room & extra plush leather seats. I inquired super last minute for transportation for my wedding, like days before. I reached out to a couple of places and Superior Ride Limo definitely stood out with how friendly, accommodating, and affordable they were! I ended up renting a Suburban and it was new, clean, and a great size for my huge dress. Angela was my assigned driver and she even arrived early. I'm never on time so she did have to wait a bit for me but shee has absolutely no problem doing so. I was running late for my own wedding but Angela was on it! She quickly, but safely, got me to the church as fast as she could. She exchanged sweet words with me and assured I could leave anything in the car safely. She picked me and my husband up after the ceremony and was so sweet again and got us to out venue in record time. She was so great. Angela was a sweetheart and a great driver. I would give Superior Ride 10 stars if I could! Our flight was cancelled, and we had to reschedule to a 6 am flight. Called Superior to change the booking around 9 pm...they answered the phone, said "No problem, we will be there to pick you up at 3:30 am" and then arrived a bit early because the weather was bad, and wanted to be sure we got to the airport on time. WOW. we had such a good time with Luis!!! My old college roomie and I. -- now both seniors. -- were having a tiny reunion. here in desert before she moves away. . our visits over the last few decades infrequent. due to living in diff countries. When barb said she was coming I wanted something for us to dio that was fun ,different. and. we could relax and visit . Shed indicated an interest in Joshua Tree and I love the park. but am always the driver and dont get to see as much. so I rented us a full 6 person limo even tho it was only the 2 of us. We chose Superior Ride Limo for my friends 40th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. Communication and booking was fast and simple. Our driver, Greg, was simply awesome. He was on time and extremely accommodating. Whenever we were ready to get picked up he was right there. When we struck out at a couple places he suggested a spot and it was perfect! We had a lady in our party that wasn't feeling well so she stayed behind in the limo and Greg took care of her. Even though Greg checks for stuff you've left behind when he drops you off back home we still managed to leave behind a souvenir and he mailed it back to us. Our evening could not have been better! Alan was a gem. He really worked with my friend to get her the limo she wanted for her 40th anniversary dinner. There was champagne in the limo, a big beautiful bow with "40" on it, anniversary napkins and balloons. So much fun! And our driver, Donya, was fantastic. A perfect gentleman with a good sense of humor. He even worked it out so we could get into The Nest for some live music and dancing at the end of the evening. We used this company for a girl's trip this last weekend and they were wonderful! They were early every time and all the drivers were so great. We used them for rides to and from the airport, the big 18 passenger stretched SUV limo for a night out on the town and then we used 3 cars for the next night out on the town because the limo was booked but it still worked nicely. Fantastic experience through and through! We were in the Desert celebrating the birthdays of my wife and a good friends wife as well, so why not go out on the town in style for the 4 of us? Sharon was our contact at Superior and made it so simple. She answered questions, made recommendations, and checked in to follow up whether there was anything else we needed prior to our night out. James came to pick us up and surprised us with a bottle of champagne after we loaded to toast to the birthday girls on the way to dinner. I have used superior ride limo twice. Alan set up the service for us and was efficient with getting us a quote and making our reservations. We have had Greg and Bob as drivers. Both drivers were extremely nice. They were on time and professional. Greg and Bob were helpful in giving us suggestions on where to go in town. We were a large group of women and it was nice that Bob and Greg made sure we were all there and accounted for. They definitely made sure we were taken care of.
