It was very audible to everyone in the parking lot, but the driver still wasn't planning to stop until we got in front of his truck. Luckily there was no visible damage to our car, but the people were argumentative, aggressive, cussed us out, and did not appear to care at all that they had just backed into our car. I don't know how this company works, but their staff were rude, careless, and showed a complete lack of respect for our property, and I'd be concerned that they bring those same qualities to their work.
