For years Superior Tire had the reputation of being a honest and fair priced place. The community trusted them and they enjoyed being a profitable business on our community. Now under new ownership they are underhanded and have very bad service. This isn't just my opinion. They've given bad service to my mother, sister and father. I rarely leave down right negative reviews, ESPECIALLY when it's for a local small business, but I have to say that my most recent (crap) experience left me dumbstruck by the way that the employees acted and the total disregard for me even being there, in front of a couple of them for almost 15 minutes while they carried on a BS personal conversation before even acknowledging I was there. Yet, someone obviously thinks that's the way to operate and hopes to make a profit? Good luck. This is the only business that I know of who's service was so terrible, spanning across multiple locations, that they had to rebrand the business to try to get customers (who must not have been paying attention) to give them another opportunity to get their business. I'll drive on the rim as far as necessary to not have to go here again. I absolutely can NOT express strongly enough how TERRIBLE this business is. And the people who have left positive reviews must just give businesses who do sketchy work for double the money the benefit of the doubt and a 5 star click. SMDH... End result: I walked next door to the dollar store, bought two cans of Fix-A-Flat, and found somewhere else that wasn't stuck-on-stupid. read more

Wow! What a great experience! Just traveling through on I-10 in our 35 foot Class A motor home and had a tire with very little pressure. Went to Superior and were so glad we did. The technicians were super personable and got us fixed right up. We just had a loose valve stem. They were so honest. We had no idea what we were looking at financially like maybe a new tire. Nope! They tightened the valve stem and sent us on our way. So grateful for a business with honest knowledgeable personable staff. Way to go Superior! read more

I know people don't usually use the phrases 'great time' and 'tire shop' in the same sentence but I'm here to do just that. I had a great time here today. The environment in this shop is so friendly and you can tell the employees love their job. I went for a routine tire rotation/balance and alignment. Was done in about an hour and a half but time flew by. They treated every single customer like family and that was so nice to see. I am from Louisiana and a lot of our businesses are closed because of damage from Hurricane Laura, so I took a chance on this shop and I'm so glad I did. I will be doing my business here now. Honest business and excellent customer service. Stopped here on our way to New Orleans after being in San Antonio due to a nail in our tire. The 2 nails they found hadn't actually punctured through. Everyone there was friendly and would definitely recommend them. read more
