Jimmy came out and explained their process which is very gentle (doesn't tear up the shingles which is good because we were hoping to get a few more years out of them). He and his partner sprayed foam on the roof and came back to check on it several days later after the rain had washed everything away. Worked like a charm! Our roof looks so much better! We were so happy that we had them come back later to clean the gutters before winter. And we will give them a call this summer to pressure wash everything. These guys are great - friendly, responsive, affordable and diligent. What more could you ask for?

The power washing that was done stained the patio doors and windows and created a bunch of work for us. Ric told me he would come out and look at them but never did. Left dirty spots all over the place I had to clean myself with spray and paper towels. Had it been "Power Washed" it would have been clean. And when I pointed this out, they wanted to 'explain' what power washing meant.

The front seats and floorboards were soaked with rainwater and debris. Imagine my shock finding that mess! Then to make matters worse, the dealership informed me the failure would NOT be covered under the extended warranty. All repairs would be my responsibility. After three phone calls and lots of tears I remember the advertising for Stark Mobile Detailing and immediately called. I can't say enough positives about my experience.
