What an amazing afternoon at SuperSpeed Orlando. The staff was great. Check in was easy and fast. They offered drinks and to step outside and see the cars before the instruction class. Instruction was good. They emphasized safety and listening to the instructor. Showed a video of the track. I got the optional 3 laps with the Mazda. 100% worth it. They size your helmet for you. The staff is great friendly professional and excited for their guest. The 3 laps were by yourself in the car. Totally get the feel of the track and a taste of the speed. Moved onto the sporty fast cars. I picked the Porsche GT3. The McLaren has a little more pickup and top end speed but the Porsche corners through the track like a dream. So you can pick. They also have the Ferrari. The instructor was very good. He went over the car with me, made sure I was positioned right and then we started out. I did 6 laps. It's worth it. First lap was quick and we went over the track, cones and when to turn etc.... Then got to move into speed. The instructor keeps things safe and doesn't push you to push your abilities. They help you get faster every lap. Overall amazing experience. You get what you pay for and the video package is awesome to share with family and friends. I will be back. read more

This was the most terrible experience, and I will never go back. Both managers the male and the female were extremely rude and disrespectful. When my family and I tried to explain our concerns, they talked down to us, which was completely unacceptable. The website is very misleading. You do not get to drive the car for the three laps you paid for. Instead, an instructor drives a different car with you for the first two laps, and only on the third lap do you get to drive the car you actually paid for. Even then, you stop multiple times along the way, so there's no real exotic driving experience. This was supposed to be a special moment for my son's 21st birthday, and it turned into a huge disappointment. Customer service is key, and how you communicate with customers matters. Unfortunately, they failed in every way. read more
