This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. 10 minutes after leaving one of my nails started to melt off because the gel was not cured correctly. I went back in and requested a refund, which they did not give to me. They offered to fix the nail and assured none of the other ones would do it. 1 day later another nail began to do the same thing. How is this place still open? Don't make an appointment. It won't mean anything. You'll show up at your appointment time and still wait over an hour and a half to get anything done because they'll just put you in line with the walk-ins. On top of that the women (owner?) at the front desk is verbally abusive to any customers that question the scheduling. She screamed at me in front of at least ten people because I got there at my appointment time of 1pm and at 2:30pm I asked if I was accidentally forgotten since I hadn't been sat yet. She made it clear that I wasn't needed or wanted and that could take myself else where. All because I walked up to the desk and asked about my 1pm appointment. I felt so embarrassed. She then went and took a ten minute break before coming back and not changing her gloves right away Just as she was about to start my pedicure she realized she needed to change her gloves. I've been here twice now. The first time was about a year ago and the man working there was really rude and clearly annoyed at us for simple things like asking for the wifi password. I went back today against my better judgment and another man did my nails. It was a mediocre manicure and at the end he said they 'prefer cash' and asked that I take money out of the atm, therefore forcing me to pay an atm fee as well as the manicure fee. The lady making appointments mocked and yelled at me for trying to reschedule an appointment when I had given a 24 hour notice and never canceled before that. She told me that she had "no respect for me" and will not take any more appointments from me, which was absurd and I will not give money to an establishment that allows their employees to act in such a disgusting manner to their customers. So I've been here before my main tech left to start her own business due to this COVID 19 she was super booked and I needed my nails done ASAP. I had a young man do them and he was very rough and rude he cut my finger and drew blood. When paying I asked for a discount so he took off $5 I threw the money at him and left. Worst Salon I've ever been to. Would give zero stars if possible. I'm somebody who usually always goes to the same salon and sees the same tech, because he's the best I've ever been to. But I wasn't in the area this time and needed my nails done so here we are. After receiving a recommendation from a friend I decided to give this salon a try, I really regret it. I asked for a full set of acrylics and the powder was put on so thin I'm afraid of them breaking. It's also very uneven and the nails are different lengths, none of which the tech felt the need to address. When I was asked to go wash my hands, I returned to find a completely different bottle of polish than what I had chosen sitting on the table. Also for clarification, I did not ask for gel polish, so it was not a switch to gel (or at least not that I had been informed of or asked for.) I assumed it was a base coat or something of the like and didn't comment at first, but when he began painting my nails it was a completely different color that what I had given him, so I politely asked what had happened to the other color, because I really didn't love or choose this one. He curtly responded that it was the color I chose (even though it clearly was not). I again, politely stated this and was told to go pick another color if I had a problem. All I wanted was the polish I had chosen to begin with...Though I found another color, when the receptionist came over and told me I shouldn't pick it because it was the same brand as the first color I had chosen, OPI, and clearly their colors didn't work for me. But, OPI is actually my favorite polish brand. Since she would not leave me after this, I chose yet another color by a completely different brand, which I tried to give to my tech, but she took it from me again and switched with another color. I ultimately gave up and left with a color I did not want. I have a photoshoot in a few days and really needed this to be done well. Now I don't have good nails, and they aren't even the color I needed. Overall, I'm very upset and will not return nor ever recommend the salon. read more

Very disappointed! Very unfriendly and they take very little time with you. They asked over and over if I wanted to pay for more services but I told them no. No massaging of arms or legs like you would normally get get somewhere else. They say they take credit cards but kept telling me to go to their ATM machine in their salon because they prefer cash. My friends all had a good experience, but the tech that did my nails pretty much made them raw all around my cuticles, bleeding on about 4. He also messed up the powder on my pinky when he buffed it in (but he didn't fix it at all). I made an appointment at 1:30 and arrived on time. My husband came with me and sat with me in the waiting area. They rather rudely told him he couldn't sit in the waiting area and that he needed to leave. There was plenty of seating and no social distancing measures were in place in the salon so I'm not sure why? At 2:15 I was still waiting and asked if I could soak off my dipping powder while I waited to save time. I was told they don't do that!? I had to soak off at home before I came in?? I told the lady on the phone when I made the appointment that I had dipping powder on and she never informed me of this. I've been getting my nails done evey two weeks for 10 plus years and it's a service every nail salon I've entered offers. Craziest thing I've ever heard. I live out of state and I'm here for a wedding but I'm pretty sure by the looks of the salon they over booked and didn't want to take that time on me. I went here today with a friend from work for mani & pedicure. Pedi first then mani. I got the dip color which was a new experience for me. Everyone was friendly. The place is clean and nicely decorated. After my mani I realized I really hated the pedi polish color and the manager offered to re do at no additional cost. I haven't had my nails done since before COVID-19 hit. I was very excited to pamper myself again. My experience with the male nail tech was okay. He lacked some customer friendliness but he was very skilled. My complaint would be he did NOT cap my nails. He actually filed the sides and the fee edge after the gel manicure was cured. This is a no no as then water can get under and the free edge is susceptible to damage. Within a day I had multiple little chips. I was going here for about a month and had acrylics put on they did a decent job and the price is good for students so I would always leave a 25%-30% tip. Today I went in to get my nails taken off and have a possible manicure afterwards. I have never endured so much pain. The lady taking them off just simply ripped them off my finger, without soaking and without sanding them down or anything. I was actually screaming in pain at points and yelling fuck! Right after she then decided to take the drill out and drill ontop of my damaged nails. I asked if there was another way she said no. She also tried talking me into getting gel put on right after tearing off all my nails. I kept saying no because I needed them to heal but she kept insisting it was good and helped your nails heal. However I know that is the OPPOSITE of true. I ended up getting no color because I was sweating and in so much pain still. afterwards she said it would be $20. I gave her the money and said i will pay what is owed but in the future you should not be paying for something i can do at home for free and be in less pain. The manager did not care or have any empathy for what happened he told me they are busy and need to do it the fastest way. There was maybe one customer waiting to have their nails done. I am actually nervous of my nails getting an infection because it is too thin and I have dents in my nails where she was using the pliers to rip them off and dig into my nail bud. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. I went with a bridal party 2 days before the wedding. We choose this particular salon because they did schellac, but it was a nightmare from the start. I tried to call to make a reservation ( we had 5 girls, and we going in at 6 pm.. they close at 8) but I was rudely told they only took walk-ins. While I tried to explain that we had a large party, the man abruptly hung up on me. That should have been a sign. We were all doing a french manicure with shellac. I had polish on my fingers, and instead of the manicurist taking off the polish for me, he gave me a plastic jar filled with nailpolish remover, and a sponge on top. It looked like it had been used for every customer they had ever had. The sponge was disgusting, but I went ahead and did it, figuring he would go back and remove anything that was left... He did not..I know have pink spots underneath my manicure... All of my filing was uneven.. I wasn't even asked if I wanted square or round. When it came to the manicure, all of his lines were uneven, and when I mentioned I was unhappy with it he gave me attitude. One of the members in the bridal party had cracked nails from the shellac, and when she asked the man to fix it, he buffed it off instead of soaking the nails in acetone, which was extremely painful. Worst of all was the bride. She had been growing her nails out for weeks..they did a terrible job filing, they were all jagged and uneven. When the bride complained that the paint was going on unevenly, the woman tried to fix it but it kept getting worst. The bride ended up leaving in tears because her nails were completely ruined, only to be confronted by the owner, who said she had to pay, or he would call the police! He made her come back in to take the polish off ( soaking in acetone), and told the bride to watch her language as she was grumbling about her situation. Needless to say, all of us agreed this was the worst experience we have ever had at a nail salon. The staff was extremely rude, and I could have done a better job on my nails myself. read more

Second red flag was how unprepared and unexperienced the esthetician was. The lady clipped my cuticles way too short it hurt!
