This morning around 7 a.m., the store/location/laundromat and parking lot was filthy. The rugs at the entrance at the second door needed to be sweep. The sink had a food bowl and macaroni in it. The tops of the washers had dried up liquid laundry detergent and powered laundry detergent on them. The windows inside and out needs to be cleaned. The individual that opened the store had to take out bags and bags of trash. Clothing items were laid around throughout the laundromat. It appeared that the previous shift did not clean up prior to closing the location the day before yesterday. The location has added a Bitcon machine and a massage chair. The location, currently has a Water machine that appears to no longer work or is ever plugged in over the Kid's Corner area. There appears to be a box of milk/water jugs placed on top of the washers. The Kid's Corner area looks like it has not been cleaned in months. The Kid's Corner has a bag of clothes and trash on the floor. The chalk board was not wiped down the night before. In the process of the 7 a.m. person picking up trash around the laundromat, the Kid's Corner was not touched at all. The refund policy needs to be improved. If a wash machine stops working during the process of a wash, you will give the customer another wash machine. However, you don't reimburse the wash detergent. There is too many places with left laundry. That adds to the junk pile up in the laundromat. The laundromat could use some touch up painting, dusting, and deep cleaning to ensure that it remains the cleanness and best maintained in our area. Adjust the hours of the staff and define closing duties to ensure that customers aren't coming into filth at 7 a.m.. read more

Man Fuck this place every time I came there's always nobody here right now I'm here and I put my clothes in a $6 machine and that shit was not working so I have to put my clothes again on a $4.60 machine and I was looking for somebody to Help me but every time I came there's always nobody here today 2/6/22 Mika is supposed to be here but we been here for an hour and she's not here helping I hope they found better people to work in this place and can help us to get our money back when their machines don't work This is a Really really bad place ‍ read more

Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Not too busy. Like the fact that I didn't need to carry 20 dollars of quarters on me. Used my debit card to get there card and loaded it for the amount needed. The machines worked. Very satisfied with the place. read more

I've been to this location twice now. The parking is good, right out front. The place seems to be kept plenty clean. Their payment card costs a dollar the first time you use the machine. The clerks are hit and miss, but there's always someone there. This place is near my house so I will probably keep going. read more

Firstly let me say this facility was not kept in this manner time ago but it is now always filthy and lots of extra clothing lingering. Majority of the washing machines do not work as there are ton of customers that like to stuff every machine in there. If the attendants were visible as they should be walking around each aisle or section the washing machines and the dryers would not all be broken. You WILL waste your money coming here ! No matter how long you let your clothing dry they still aren't dry and this facility is completely over crowded to the fact there's not enough sitting or machines to use on a Week night ! That card machine either should be replaced or removed altogether as it is always broken. I will not be coming back here ! read more

I decided to stop at this Stuper Suds as I was passing through after submitting my business pitch to Shark Tank, yeah, look me up. I hopped out of my RV & went in the buildin. I should of known that this was the wrong place to be when I put my original SuperSuds Card in & it didn't work. The real SuperSuds has free Drying. So, I paid for another Card, Washed, Dried & Folded my clothes. At the same time I was charging my phones. This lady (Manager) walked up on me after the facts & asked if I could leave if I'm done with my clothes because of the Corona Virus. I thought nothing of it. I told her that I was charging, would it be ok if I leave my electrics on the charger. She said that I could. Tell me why she called the cops to complain that I was taking up too many parking spaces & acted as if she had no clue why I was there. This lady is a straight up stone cold lier. She didn't say not a single word too me at all. She could of spoken to me directly about the matter but chose to take extreme measures, as if there was an actual problem. People like this you don't trust for nothing. Never go there, there are cheaper locations close by. I should of did the same instead of dealing with this cornball. I'm sure they'll be doing this job for a long time. If you want better value, hire better people. read more

Understanding what this climate is like today I must say that the manager of this Hull st location (Shemika Williams) was a breath of fresh air. Not only was I greeted when I walked in but I received unbelievable service from her during my visit. Thanks for your help and kindness!!!! read more

Nicest laundromat I've ever been to! We had comforters and quilts to wash that would have strained our washer and dryer. The first laundromat we stopped at didn't have many large capacity washers, and what they had were in use. So we found Super Suds online and drove over there. It was big, spotless and almost empty. We found 4 washers with large capacities and got busy. The card system was new to us, but a very nice young lady helped us out. Had everything washed and dried in no time. I hate laundry mats but since I have to do laundry and my laundry machine is raggedy I gotta wash clothes some where..and I only com to this place because it's super clean most of the time..occasionally the floors get junky an ppl spill laundry detergent every where but that's to be expected..the lady's that work there do a good job keeping it clean read more
